“Husband doesn't have a google account so I am doing it for him. Highly recommend these people. Verh friendly service. Husband has wanted duel exhaust for years and finally got it done here. They did an amazing job, didn't have to wait forever, also called us several times to make sure he knew exactly what we were looking for. Went to pick it up and my husband was smiling from ear to ear!!”

“I had a great sales experience with Rob Creel and Jennifer Dyson whose internet sales and phone service and follow up were extremely helpful in my beginning impressions of this business. Rob regularly communicated with me via email, text and phone regarding the expected arrival of my Subaru Ascent Touring model. Rob spent a lot of time explaining the electronics of the vehicle and assisted with initial setup of key features. Even after close of business, he took the time for getting me established with the MySubaru app and ensuring everything was set for both my trade-in vehicle and the new Subaru. His kind, polite and friendly disposition along with his extensive knowledge of Subaru are reasons why I can recommend him highly for any customer wanting a great sales experience. Jeff and Mike in the finance side were also very responsive and flexible with terms. Mike went out of his way to facilitate credit terms for the purchase and displayed a high degree of confidence in the Subaru extended warranty. He was also super kind and friendly. All of these employees combined with their great service showed a focus not just on sales but also on customer satisfaction. For these reasons, I can highly recommend them for purchase of your next Subaru.”

“This was a service center call. So, arriving with a vehicle with issues is bad for a start. The people are nice. The technicians seem up to the task. But, Techs can do but so much without parts. My problem was a 2020 Highlander XLE possessed of a MID (the thing that does navigation, radio, phone connections, etc.) - that was possessed. It had taken to a major digital mental breakdown. No radio. No map. No Bluetooth. No smartphone connection. After three hours, the radio was pronounced brain dead. A factory replacement would run over 2 grand.Things could be worse - I could be living in Gaza. But, unfortunately (basically being cheap people) having your wallet bombed engenders a slight degree of kinship. This would be bad enough if one could simply throw money at the problem and move on. And, I did throw the money. Now, the problem is that there is no part to be found. It gets better. There is no estimate on how long it will take to find one - much less how long it will take to get here.Summary; The service center fundamentally wasn't bad to work with.It just doesn't seem congruent for a Totota.I drove a Corrolla for 27 years - the radio still works, missing a knob - the AC still works - it gets 30 mpg.I spring for a newer model, leaping in to a whole new century - it's 3 years old - we bought it 5 months ago.I feel like it should have made it - at least - another decade, before the knob falls off.I can live without a knob. This MID thingy is integrated into 90% of the high tech bells and whistles.Without it, I won't be constantly distracted and annoyed by all the AI advice from all the registered apps. Hm... this could be a good thing (?).I kind of like the back up camera though. If it wasn't for that, I'd tell'm to remove it - and, duct tape over the hole.”

“We brought our camper out to Ken after waiting months at a local RV dealership, everyone around us is booked out for at least 6 months. We did have to wait a few months for our warranty repair, but they handled everything for us! Since we were there we had him do a pre-season inspection and found a few other things wrong, which included some roof repairs, re-venting our fridge, replacing our AC's with ones that had heat pumps, got us winterized, and he is now storing it for the season! Every thing that was quoted/repaired on our Keystone camper was a fraction of the price of where we typically go. Thanks so much to Ken and his crew!”

“The serpentine belt broke on my car, and I lived in Delaware. I needed a place to have my vehicle fixed, and they fixed it with little to no hassle. I am very grateful they took care of that for me. The picture was before didn't take an after sadly”
