We loved very specific holiday ice cream sandwiches from Nightingale (apple cider IS THE BEST) and couldn’t find it anywhere before leaving the area for good- finally found them here in the cutest place I wish we would have explored earlier!
The Girl & the Vine is a wine shop/ bar with sandwiches and a family-friendly patio. We focus on delicious wines made by small producers who use traditional methods and/or as little intervention as makes sense to be sustainable and show off their fruit and terroir. We also have great cheese boards, snacks, specialty beers, crafty cocktails, books/gifts, and a plethora of nonalcoholic and low-alcohol drink options. We’re a small, single-location, locally owned and operated business - we support and are supported by the Takoma Park community, the diversity of the DMV, and friends and fans everywhere! 🍷 🍸 🍺 🥪 🧀 📚 🎁
