I have never been to a worst physical therapy office. The office manager Carlista is very rude, disrespectful and entitled. I also got charged “patient co-pay” even though I had primary and secondary insurance.

I can't say how much I love the staff at Portera. From the receptionist to the PT. I started receiving treatment Nov 2022 and completed treatment in Feb 2023 awful knee pain.
