They are the property management company company for our rental. There customer service skills are horrible and the property we are in has maintenance issues that are still unresolved from August. Would not recommend!

We used DMS Properties to first rent out our property and then eventuality sell it.... Terri was very intelligent and professional and guided us along the way. We closed on our property and couldn’t have been more pleased!!!! Thanks Terri and staff!!!

If I could I’d rate it lower, had to harass them to get the house originally and the minute I moved in they were nothing but unhelpful and unresponsive. The whole family owned business is to neglect property, quick fix big issues and ignore basic needs while treating renters with utter distain. If you can steer FAR away

DMS Properties LLC Property Management Services provides professional property management services to homeowners with properties in Maryland. We can also manage apartment buildings. We do not, however, manage HOA or condo associations. All of our property managers are licensed real estate agents working for homeowners with investment properties so they don't need to manage their own rental properties.
We currently manage upwards of 20 residential homes located in Charles County, Prince Georges County, and Calvert County. We have also managed homes in St. Mary's County, Anne Arundel County, Montgomery County, Baltimore County and Howard County.
