This is the worst service dept, I came for a simple oil change and 40K service. My vehicle was dropped off at 7am and done at 9am however, the shuttle did not come back until 1pm. If you don't want to waste the whole day stay with your vehicle.

Bought a pre-owned vehicle and within the first month it had problems from the previous owner...This dealer does not look into their inventory before selling it. They sell preowned vehicles, as is with mechanical issues and refuse to work with their customers. Horrible customer service, they just want their money.

Really nothing good to say. And dealers wonder why there is a trust issue. Lie after lie, from top to bottom. Less than a month and I need brake pads? I will do my best to deter people from giving them any business.Find an honest dealer that will at least stand by their product... and service.
