My husband and I stopped here for lunch while riding the C&O Canal Towpath. Our salads were absolutely delicious. Fresh, healthy ingredients, lots of veggies and wonderful dressing options. Plus the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

I had the Dave's delight sandwich, which was full of vegetables. Great outside seating.
Rose & Beverly had a dream that became reality on April 11, 2008. It started as a one woman operation in a tiny storefront up the block from the current location. We quickly outgrew the small space and when the corner of Potomac & Conococheague opened up, we secured a prime location and a much larger space in May of 2011. In April of 2014, we celebrated our 6th anniversary by acquiring the local ice cream shop, Michele joined our forces and began her journey as our head baker. We have since surpassed our 10th anniversary, and we have added luggage transports and concessions at the local pool to our ever-growing list of business services. Our journey continues in the new year with a new location & readiness to find more adventures.
