“I purchased a dresser from ikea, brought it home in 3 boxes, then was told by a friend that ikea had a service where they assembled the furniture for you. So I called ikea, and they gave me the # to Urban Express. For $95, they would come to my house, and assemble the dresser here. I was told I would receive a call the night before & be given a 4 hour window for delivery. That did not happen. But I did receive a call at 8:10 am asking if driver could come in 20 mins- Awesome!!! 2 very nice men arrived at 8:30, and had my dresser put together in under an hour. I could deduct a star for no phone call the night before, but these guys did a great job. I'm giving them the 5 stars!”

“I have used Upack twice in two years. Both occasions, they were quite responsive and very professional. both were interstate moves. first in May 2021 from Atlanta to Cambridge Massachusetts and this June 2023 from Cambridge to Hershey Pennsylvania. My stuff got to their destination intact the only things that got damaged during the second move were stuff which the moving company I used to move my stuff from Cambridge to Hershey (its difficult to get the permit required for the relocubes to be dropped off in very big cities so I had to take my stuff to their depot in West Bridgewater, MA) packed roughly. The local moving company placed heavy stuff (an adult bicycle) on light boxes marked FRAGILE!. Otherwise, my stuff arrived in good shape and timely too. Staff were all polite and professional. The icing on the cake is their 1 month free storage from the day your stuff arrives your destination, which comes in handy if you are yet to find a place to rent or buy. Means you can comfortably stay in a hotel or Airbnb without worrying about your stuff. I used the free storage during both moves.”

“Bruce the owner is an awesome guy and so laid back. We needed an office chair for my 6 foot 4 college kid who is home on break until February. I called Bruce, told him what we were looking for and he had 3 chairs brought into his store for my son to try out. My son picked one and Bruce said for him to take it home and test drive it for as long as you like to make sure it was a good fit. No deposit, no contact information required, just let Bruce know how it worked out. Almost 3 weeks later we returned the chair, just not what the tall kid wanted. Felt bad not buying from him. Great guy and recommended.”

“My experience with Astro International was excellent! In autumn 2020 I needed to arrange a move from the USA to the UK quickly because I'd just been issued a UK spouse visa. Peter was very patient and responsive in answering my many questions and helping me to organize everything. This included bringing some items from my mother's house in another state to his warehouse so that all my belongings could depart together from the East Coast. He and his team were very kind and friendly when they came to pick up my items from my home as well. There was a delay in delivery due to Brexit, not at all Astro's fault (the consolidator was delayed in loading shipments because of congestion at UK ports). But even the combined chaos of a global pandemic and Brexit did not stop Astro International from getting my items to the UK safe and sound in the end. Arranging an overseas move for the first time felt very overwhelming, but I'm so glad I chose Astro International to help me with it. “I used RARE Movers for 2 small moves for my MOM in the past 5 years....so I hired them for my move from MA to CT. I had a whole house FULL of stuff and also a storage shed. I was not disappointed. These guy just work and work tilll the job is done. They had it all loaded up in 4 hours and off we went to CT. The unload went very smoothly. They insisted I take a good look before they left to see if there was anything else I wanted moved or adjusted. I picked Mercury over their competitors for a few reasons: - Communication – Mercury actually answers their phone when you call and they respond to emails. There might not be a wizard to calculate how much your move costs, but that is because a human being actually thinks about it. A human with extensive experience in how your move is different than the ones before it. - Pricing – As an added benefit, they have some of the best pricing in the market for an established company. You might find two guys with a truck offering you a better price, but Mercury comes with all the extras. Like how to properly wrap and pack a floor mirror, that weird lamp, or unscrewing the bracket that is above your reach. - Quality – They wrapped my Ikea purchases with the same care of my big wall mirror. It was impressive to watch them pack efficiently and with great care for everything. There are no newbies here – just experts. - Staff – Everyone I have worked with is very nice, timely, and professional. In the spirit of disclosure, this is my 5th move with Mercury over the span of 10 years (2006, 2008, 2010, 2011, and 2015). Over those years, my little sister and family members have hired them regularly as well. At my most recent move, Melvin and Santiago recognized me from prior moves… and remembered that my mom had given them fresh chicken eggs over the summer when they helped her. I'm almost positive there is no fancy CRM system helping them remember those facts. They remembered because they are all cordial, polite, and genuine people who care about the customers they work with.”
