“Brought my vehicle down there twice for repairs. Both times I had no issues with their service. The first time I had them put in a condenser for my AC. They had to take out the dash board to do the job.when I picked up the vehicle it didn't even look like the dash board was removed and had ice cold air for the summer. Second time I had my fluids replaced in transfer case, rear axle and transmission fluid... No leaks.. they may be a bit pricey but they do excellent work.. thank you Grove St.”

“I needed a cargo rack holder installed on my Audi. I called them, they looked into it, and they called me back within about 20 minutes and said they could install it. Booked appointment for that week, and they had in done in a few hours. I've driven with it a few times, including out of state, and it seems to have been installed well. They were friendly and fast. Would recommend.”

“Needed an emergency winch, while my friend was on the phone with an outsourced call center I called Art's Towing. Talked to a regular guy, he sent someone over, he had to go get a bigger truck. Then they needed to get a 2nd truck down to help. They exlpained to us what they were going to do and gave us the price before they started moving it. The speed of the excellent service was fast and the price was 75% less than the quote the other place sent us after we hung up with them.
Customer service is an Art and just like Art, good service is priceless.”
