“I try to never use big box stores as usually it is very impersonal and the products have been already opened. Every time I go to Ace Aubuchon every body is pleasant and upbeat. The products are much better quality. I bought recently a fre bags of top soil I cut open the bag to spread this “topsoil “ and discovered I bought great powder like the ground after a severe wild fire. I could not return it and my grass died! Today I went to your store in Wareham and bought some batteries. The new employee had allowed the next person in line for the register so I asked why my bill was so high and I saw that they thought the bag of Coastal Maine was mine. Michael the manager was very on the ball. He was super helpful and called his shipping coming to bring the product I asked for me today, they offer led to give me my desired product for free. That is wonderful!”
“I cannot recommend using Goodrich Lumber in Kingston enough! Not only do they have a great selection of materials to choose from, their customer service is exceptional! I cannot thank their staff enough, in particular Ed Cappa, for the help I received both on the phone and in person. “Great deals for useful tools. Bought the Pittsburg brand torque wrenchs for a really low price, also got a really useful 18" extra-long flexible 3/8" drive ratchet that comes in handy for hard to reach areas. Bought a 1/2" drive torque wrench there that stopped working and getting a replacement was very easy, just went back with the defective tool and exchanged it for a new one. It's very handy to have, I leave it in the trunk of my car for the wheel bolts.”

Once again, Charlie was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He responded to my questions with patience and helpful answers. I bought wooden flooring here years ago and bought more wooden flooring recently. I was allowed to take samples home to check how they would look so I could choose and purchase what I liked and needed at a reasonable price both times. I also have bought other items and flooring. Would highly recommend this store!”

Why, the delivery was not as promised and paid for. The delivery was supposed to be inside the condominium on the second floor. I was informed they no longer offered that service. I never would have purchased the product from you and never will again. I actually had another flooring order that I did cancel and purchase elsewhere.
The install and installer were fantastic and I'd gladly use them again.”

I want to share with you my in-store experience at your Wareham, Massachusetts Lowe’s location.
On Monday, April 06, 2026 my boss and I visited Wareham Lowe’s. The reason for our visit was that my boss was informed by an employee that the over-stocked vanities would be marked down. She needed one for her upstairs bathroom. All the nearby employees were busy with other customers so I offered to go up to the service desk and ask for a manager as my boss was highly interested in the vanity in the middle aisle in the plumbing department. I walked up to the customer service desk and asked the employee behind the register if I could speak with a manager. Assistant manager Amy K. came out and greeted me with a smile. I advised her of our visit and what we were looking for. Amy miraculously happened to have the list of markdown over-stocked vanities in her hand. We walked over to my boss and the discussion began about what vanity to choose. Amy gave my boss the best price available for what my boss was looking for. Needless to say my boss was extremely happy with her purchase.
Amy’s knowledge and wisdom about the subject is amazing and impeccable. Amy made us feel comfortable and welcomed like we were part of the Lowe’s family. We find that Amy is an extremely knowledgeable about her job. We feel that Amy is sincere, honest and truthful and we love that quality about people. We find that she’s highly experienced, knowledgeable and has expertise with Lowe’s products and that is invaluable. Not only is Amy invaluable, but she’s extremely helpful, genuine, friendly, courteous and professional.
Nowadays, a lot of businesses are having a difficult time finding help, especially good quality professional help. I personally find that employees like Amy that work at the Wareham Lowe’s are a rare find. I've been in customer service for over 35 years so I have enough experience to acknowledge when employees go exceedingly above and beyond to make their customers happy and Amy did just that. Amy carries a positive and upbeat attitude and a warm and inviting smile upon her face while engaging with us. Employees like Amy make our shopping experience and day all that much better and brighter. Thank you Amy for giving my boss and I one of the best experiences that customer service has to offer.

“I was on the Lowe's Website looking for multiple items. It stated this store had some, but the other store has the rest. However, if you go over to a 3rd store, you could also get some of it as well. It was frustrating. I called Lowe's in Kingston Mass and expressed my frustration to an associate named Lisa. She did her job well as she physically put her eyes and hands on all of the products that I was looking for, and helped me get In and out of the store with in a matter of minutes. I could see a significant amount of people in the store ( customers and associates) were counting on her, and she helped us all. She is polite and proficient at her job. She is what all Lowe's Associates should aspire to.”
