She talked me through a few things I needed to try before she would schedule a service call and said to call back if these tips didn't work. Unfortunately they did not work so when I called back a week later she was right on top of it, scheduled my service call for the next day with the nicest gentleman and my machine is all set! “I walked into Home Depot this morning expecting to get a few bags of soil to repot a very large palm plant owned by my mom who passed unexpectedly in January, that I inherited, and then proceeded to completely overwater.What I got was Marsha, an extremely knowledgeable plant expert who advised me on not only the type of soil that I needed, but the fact the plant had overgrown it's pot, the exact dimensions of the new pot I needed, how to untangle the roots from the old soil, and how much new soil (inches) to start the plant in.I would not typically think of the HD Nursery as anything but a place to buy plants but Marsha's consultative approach and knowledge made a huge difference in saving my palm. She went above and beyond to a level I would expect at a specialized greenhouse for triple the price. This plant obviously has a huge sentimental value to me, and I am very grateful for the assistance that I received from Marsha and HD.”

“Went into North Dartmouth Lowes on Monday evening 9/28/23 bc we needed 10 count of 18 inches of wood pieces to wedge above our windows to act as a deterrent & we met employee Jared. He was extremely helpful with a magical personality. He made our shopping experience a pleasure. He also made us laugh with his wittiness as he was cutting our wood to size. He also knew exactly where the velcro was immediately after we asked him what aisle we can find it on. He also told us what side of the wall it was located. He was correct as we went to the aisle he told us it was on & it was exactly on the wall he described. Thank you Jared!
