Stil Studio is such a warm and welcoming space. Having been a student here for 7ish years I have seen how practicing here has transformed more than just my yoga practice!

Upon entering still studio you can't help but feel more relaxed. The instructors and ambiance are amazing! I've had body work from Betty and came out feeling rejuvenated and energized .I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Stil studio is the Best studio in the whole area!! The moment you walk in you feel the positive energies, I LOVE this place. Great, supportive, inspiring teachers. Very clean. What else can you ask for. Highly recommend.
