After we unfortunately hit a deer, he got us in quickly, did a high quality repair in a few days (as promised), and when we drove off, we noticed the interior of our car had been spotlessly cleaned!Don did the work for the insurance estimate, and dealt directly with the company for necessary aspects of the repair the assessor had initially missed--I paid only my deductible and not a penny more. “They were really good!!! I broke my fender liner during the heavy rain couple of days ago, i tried to walk in and asked if i could have it fixed. I initially was to be scheduled next week but when he heard that I'll be driving to New Jersey tomorrow, they did their best to make sure I was safe in the road (and probably saved my mom and my friends from tons of anxiety) they fixed it and it looked new! “We needed an emergency fix to the passenger seat of our rental car while visiting the Cape at noon on a Saturday. We called around to dealerships and a few mechanics with no luck. Dan's Auto Restoration was the only shop that didn't say it was "closed" so in a Hail Mary moment, I called and they picked up. Greg was so kind, said he'd be at his shop all day and to come on over. He fixed our seatbelt issue in just a few minutes and we were on our way! He saved me from sitting in the backseat with the kids for the rest of our trip and probably hundreds of dollars with the rental car company. Forever grateful for this business!”

“I went to Autozone is Sourh Yarmouth the other day to get a new battery. I asked an employee if they could put it in for me and was told NO. Then, one of the employees that was busy working on something else came up to me and told me they would be happy to put it in for me. I am a 66 year old woman who could not have done this myself. Chris S, the employee who put my battery in also ran a diagnostic test on my car to make sure everything was running smoothly AND fixed my windshield wiper that was put on backwards. I cannot thank him enough for taking the time to help me and being so pleasant while doing so. Thank you Chris. You are an asset to Autozone and they should feel very lucky to have you!”
