“UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!! My family and I were visiting from out of town for the New Year and my van door came off track! It was New Year's Day. We were scheduled to drive over an hour home that day. I didn't think I would find anyone to help because it was a holiday. I called a few auto-body shops with no luck. Then I called UK Body Work and this angel of a woman, Maria, answered! I explained my situation and she said the shop was closed but that Marcos would come to help me! He showed up to where we were staying, looked at the door, left to get some tools, came back with tools and another worker and put my door back on track so we could drive home safely. What I thought was a bad start to the new year turned out to be a great testimony to the fact that there are still really good people out there. Maria and Marcos, I can't thank you enough. They took the time to make sure they had the size windshield wipers I needed for my truck in stock when I called, as well as actually asking what type of product I wanted instead of immediately trying to sell me whatever was the most expensive. They had the wipers set aside for me when I arrived and installed them for me on a lifted truck on a VERY cold January day which was extremely appreciated!
