Optical dept is great. Good doctors. Desk service and billing mistakes, awful. They are good at screwing you with fraudulent charges.

The optical department technicians are the best in the business. Above and beyond effort to make people happy. I know this first hand. So patient and caring, I won't go anywhere else.

This place is ridiculous!!! My husband's appointment was for 3:20, it is now 5:20 ,and he is still being seen. Unacceptable if you ask me. I told the receptionist that if we are late 15 minutes, they want to reschedule our appointment, what about the amount of time we wait to be seen
