“Dupuis is my go-to place for yard and home power equipment. Always a pleasure to deal with. Just got my snow blower serviced after the wheel drive stopped working. They went over the whole machine, cleaned and adjusted all moving parts. This was a snow blower that is probably 15 years old and it now operates like it did when brand new. Well worth the money.”

“Needed advice regarding window blind repair or replacement. Special made (pricey) Bali blinds from 2000. Christian Delgado assisted me and was so helpful, patient and relaxed. He did not push me to purchase new. Gladly called Bali company and was as happy as i to find out there was a warranty. I would ask for him again if needed help in his areas of expertise. Great experience.”

I leased a washer and dryer from the Fitchburg, MA location and Jose and Devan came to deliver it, I live on the 3rd floor and the stairways and very narrow and they did it with a smile were very careful with the set and got them hooked up very efficiently, also had to deal with putting the hoses thru a strange set up in a door that is in my extra room, they did it and it came out great, thank you so so much I am one very happy customer ??? A+++++”
