“Bob was prepared to replace my wheel barring (Meineke claimed it was faulty last year) but it actually didn’t need to be replaced after all. Meineke was going to charge me $1200 minimum to replace ONE wheel barring. Bob was going to order the parts and do the labor for LESS THAN HALF that cost. All I can say is THANK GOD for honest, kind, and great humans like Bob. My car was in bad shape before I dropped it off. He replaced my front end brakes and rotors. My car is back to normal and I’m really grateful. No doubt Meineke would have charged ATLEAST double to do the work. Bob doesn’t do engine or transmission work. But for just about everything else, he is your guy. Thank you Bob!!!!!!”

“I called MTM Auto last week to get an estimate for new brake pads and rotors. They took the time to look up each part in order to give me an accurate estimate, which I appreciated very much. They said that they could fit me in that same week, and in fact I was able to bring my car in the next day. They had ordered the parts the day before, so the work took only about three hours. They texted me when the work was completed, including video clips showing the work they did.They also have a nice waiting area, if you're getting a quick oil change or something, with free coffee. All in all, I highly recommend MTM Auto. They did great work, were personable and thorough, and got everything done very quickly. They even replaced the battery in my key fob for me when they saw a message in the car saying it was low. That's the kind of above-and-beyond service that I truly appreciate. I will definitely be returning the next time I need service!”

“This is such a great garage. Great work and won’t ever do more than your vehicle needs, even if they could make more money. Example, my so. Thought he needed a brake job but they found he had 40% life left so they told him to wait and just rotated his tires. A dealer would have done the brake job and charged way more as well. “I was recently involved in a “fender bender” accident which involved my left front fender above the tire on a 2017 Toyota Camry with almost 100,000 miles. The damage left something that protects the brakes rubbing against the tire. I contacted five auto body repair shops in my area and all but two never even returned my multiple calls. One took one look at the damage and told me the fender needed to be replaced (cost estimate of $1,000) but they were too busy to help me. The other shop was Brian’s. Brian took one look at it, pulled out the dent with his hands releasing the piece that was rubbing, and told me he could take care of the cosmetic damage. Three days later I left my car off with him and in two hours, I had a fabulous repair for the unbelievable price of $100! If you didn’t know I had been hit, you would never even notice it! “I was a mechanic for a good portion of my life. When I transitioned out of the workforce, I found it very hard to trust the work done on my car to a stranger. Recently, my wife and I found ourselves desperately in need of an oil change before each of us would be driving 1000+ miles the next week.I called everywhere around and shops were months out for a simple oil change. When I called meineke, they were able to get BOTH of our cars in within the next hour. $100 each, which for the right value, was reasonable in my eyes.The technician realized I had a master cylinder issue with my car, and instead of quoting their price to fix, they looked up my car and found it would be a warranty item, and recommended me to a dealership for a free fix. I was very pleasantly surprised by the transparency.The next week, I had a chance to get under both me and my wife’s car, and once again, I was blown away. Drain bolt was torqued properly, the oil pans and covers were cleaned of oil and dirt, and all accessory bolts reinstalled. The fluids were all topped off, and the seats returned to their position when we got our cars back (wife is very short and I don’t blame the tech for moving the seat ?) but what matters was that it was set back after.These guys have earned our business moving forward. Solid team.”
