When I told Al my situation about being a single mother of 3, & being on a VERY tight budget, etc.. he was extremely understanding & very helpful! “So I was going about my day drove 30 minutes to the Middleboro area. On my way back home I was on 105 when my car just stalled right before an intersection. Misjudged the amount of fuel in my car ?♂️ (embarrassing) unfortunately I do not have AAA so I called 3 Towing companies and none of them would pick up. The fourth company I called was Action towing. The person I talked to on the phone was straight forward (I believe he may have been the owner) He gave me a price and he dispatched his driver out to me. I didn’t even wait 10 minutes and a ramp truck was on scene and they towed my car to the nearest gas station. The driver (Name was Jordan?) was a great guy and hooked up the car onto the truck effortlessly. I’ve never seen a tow truck driver put a car onto a truck so quick and properly. When we confirmed it was out of fuel, they dropped my car off across the street from the station, I paid them, and I was on my way. If you are in the Middleboro area, and you need a tow, do business with this company. Never did business with a towing company that was this professional. “Mike is simply the best. After arriving back from abroad to the Park and Ride lot in Rockland, MA, I found that my car battery had died due to an overhead light being left on. My AAA had also just expired a month prior. I spent 30 minutes calling different companies that were either closed or were not able to accommodate my request for a boost. I called Mike’s Towing and he immediately said that he would be there in 15 minutes. He arrived in 10 minutes. He boosted my car and waited a couple minutes to make sure all was ok. Unfortunately, my card had been stolen while abroad and I did not have access to cash. He literally stated, “I trust you”, and allowed me pay him once I arrived home on Cape Cod via mail. This kind of service is nowadays unheard of and I’ve shared this story with family and friends who are equally impressed. I would recommend calling Mike before any other establishment in the area for needs that were similar to mine. These types of businesses need to be supported.”

“I called multiple places looking for a tow for my vehicle because AAA could not legally tow it from the Burger King Bridgewater North Route 24. The places I called either did not answer their phone, or could not tow my vehicle from Bridgewater to the mechanics in Fall River. I called Ben Ellis Towing Service. They answered on the first three rings. The lady I spoke with was friendly, and understanding to my situation. The price was very reasonably for a tow from Bridgewater to Fall River. The tow service was prompt. It took an hour tops from me calling, to them picking my vehicle up and dropping it off at my mechanics in Fall River. You guys are great and if I ever need a tow, I will be contacting you again. I 100% recommend.Service: Car towing”
