I originally went to their website, easily input my car info, it recommended great Pirelli tires and emailed me a quote.I made the appointment online, and Spencer had me send a photo of my current tires to make sure the tires quoted would fit. Took my car in, was greeted by Spencer and noticed the store was in good shape and very clean.When I picked up my car, the total was exactly as quoted. There were no B.S. add ons, no last minute additions, nothing. Exactly as quoted.You don't find this often in the tire business. You'll get a quote, but then when you get to the store, something was missed, added on, or needed but not quoted. Not here. At Kenwood, they honor their quote and provide great service.I'll be taking my wife's car there for tires this week, and will have both cars' oil changed here from now on. When I arrived at Town Fair Tire, I was greeted by Shawn and his team who navigated me through the process, which made me extremely comfortable. I will admit that I had waited so long to buy tires as I was dreading sales people and a long wait for installation, but my experience with Town Fair Tire Hanover was the exact opposite. Shawn called me to update me that my tires were installed in the time it took me to take a stroll through a store & have a nice lunch across the street. Yes, the Hanover store is conveniently located across from the Hanover Mall. Shawn also went above and beyond to explain the after care of the tires and how the tire rotation is included in the purchase and will extend my tire life and also what to do if I should damage a tire while on the road. “These Guys are great! They saved my but yesterday. I was in Hanover yesterday afternoon. Traffic was was a nightmare.I look at my odometer and I see that one of my tires is loosing air. Rapidly! I was bumming out and using alot of words that I can't print, LOLIt was around 3:30ish and I'm trying to find a place that I could get a tire & have it mounted & all. My car ? has been a work car for a few years and I have been unable to work since getting hurt in work in 2020. This place do new & used tires. Plus much, much more. They do all types of car repairs and I believe that they sell cars as well. I was dreading having to drive to my fishing ? hole with the baloney skin-spare tire.I had to stop 4times to put air in the tire to get to the place. But I made it & the price was right. 2 ? up.”
