They have an excellent selection of healthy plants, trees, shrubs, mulch, and landscaping materials, and everything is always well cared for. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely takes the time to answer questions and offer helpful advice. Their customer service is outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. Whether you’re a homeowner or a landscaping professional, this is the place to go.”

“When I go to Nunans I always find what I'm looking for. I have 125 plants in my home. Most from Nunans. Some I take clippings and make another plant. Plants help filter the air in your house and soften the appearance of every room. If you need anything plant related you'll probably find it at Nunans. Yesterday I found an AWESOME green frog to put in my yard. Its awesome!”

“This nursery is awesome! I bought a pair of spicebushes here, and the staff were kind enough to identify a set that would be able to produce berries for the birds. The people working here are clearly very knowledgeable about native plants, and the pickup was quick and easy. My spicebushes are in full bloom and look very healthy and I'm excited to plant them. Highly recommend!”

When I reached out this year to see if they could replicate my Wife’s Wedding bouquet for our 4 year anniversary I was immediately met with a “yes” and “Happy Anniversary.” Freshwater Farms worked with me on a budget and overall plan and the finished product was beautiful and brought back so many great memories. “I just went today to pick up a pallet of stone. The trailer i have has a drive up gate, so not removable. The gentleman in the yard helping me was extremely helpful. He suggested I follow him to the back where he had extended forks. He then was easily able to put the pallet of stone into my trailer. As the trailer took the weight we both realized the tire pressure in both tires was not adequate for the weight. He then let me pull up to the garage bay and use the air hose to fill trailer tires so my ride home was safe. It was my first time shopping here. The inside and outside staff very helpful and polite. Great experience.

“Every time I go to this Home Depot I get the best service. We recently had to make a stand to hold a 11'w x 8'h stretchy fabric sign for a vendor display the next day. The person who ordered the sign fir got yo get a stand. Andy in the pvc fitting area was so helpful to figure what we needed and cut all the pipes for us. We saved a great deal doing this project ourselves and it was done so quickly. Thank Andy!Then I went to the lighting area to research smart light bulbs. Severo was kind to explain the differences in the many options and asked the right questions to figure which bulbs would meet my needs. Thanks Severo!”

“I had such a great experience at the Salem, NH Home Depot and wanted to recognize two employees who really stood out.
I accidentally left my ID at the checkout while Connor was helping so many customers and seemed to be the only employee covering all of the checkout registers. After I left, I called the store twice to see if my ID had been found, but no one was able to locate it. Connor had actually kept it safe for me and went above and beyond by finding me on social media and reaching out to let me know he had it. He saved me such a headache! When I went back to the store, he saw me walk in and immediately gave me my ID back. It was incredibly kind of him.
I also want to recognize Alejandro in the Paint Department. He helped make my AI dream bathroom idea come to life! He helped me choose the perfect paint color, gave me his opinion, and was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process.

“I had an issue with a large order that was shipped from this store. It was the wrong item (an upgrade) but wouldn't start. After going back and forth with multiple customer service agents, I was essentially told there was nothing to be done. I had given up and advised they lost a customer for life. Then my faith was restored by the store manager Anthony who called and advised I would be able to keep the item after I was able to get it started. He has renewed my faith in Home Depot and I will continue to shop there as long as they end up doing right. Anthony did right by this customer and I applaud his service.”
“I just used HD’s Rental Center for the first time this weekend. There was only one gentlemen working the counter so I had a little bit of a wait before I got my aerator. But, he acknowledged and apologized for the wait. He was also kind enough to help me load and offload the aerator and even let me borrow a strap for the ride home.
The aerator worked great. I brought the tool back a few hours early so my total was less than I expected.
Overall this was a great experience! My only advice would be to budget a few extra minutes in case there’s a line.”
“Today me and my fiancé bought a weber grill . We were unsure how we would get it in my suv but a nice gentleman named Jose helped us out. He helped take the side table of the grill off and even helped my fiancé load the grill in the back of my car. Thank you Jose for making it a easy trip!”

“I highly recommend this shop. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of indoor and outdoor plant plus individual flowers for bouquet arrangements. The pricing is more than fair. I don’t have a ton of experience buying flowers until recently, but I’ve been to other shops since and will never go to another place again. I can go to Cottage Garden and get a beautiful large bouquet of flowers for $40-$50 and I am finding other places tiny little arrangements of fake flowers cost $80-$125. I just left another store in the same town and was absolutely blown away by the prices and kind of the feeling like they were trying to push sales on me. This place is highly recommended that people who work there enjoy their job and like helping the customers I will never go anywhere else”
