“Just took our newly adopted dog here to get updated on all her vaccines as our vet is very backed up. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews because our experience was fantastic. The 2 staff that checked us in were very thorough. They checked over all of her medical paperwork from her adoption and explained options. I told her we had a vet appointment in 3 weeks and she gave me the option to have her boosters for the vaccines with our vet or to come back to Vetco. There was no pressure either way. Once we saw the vet she provided an exam and explained everything. I felt the process was easy and the staff were all very professional. I think this is a great alternative for anyone having a tough time getting an appointment with their local vet or looking for affordable vaccines for their pet”

“The entire staff at Associates have always been polite and professional. My buddy Buster was there for a Tech appointment but Dr. Rosiello made time to address a few concerns I had. He truly has my pets best interest at heart. Over the past two years, Dr. Rosiello has volunteered to do several rechecks without charge. Recently, our buddy had a growth removed from his left eye. When it came time to remove it, Dr. Rosiello advised that he could do the surgery or I could have it removed in a much less intrusive/risky way. He provided that referral and sent us on our way. Buster had that growth removed without the risk or complications of surgery. Dr. Rosiello even commented how well it looked during a recent visit!!!!”

“We have been going to Ashland Animal for over 30 years. Every fur baby received the best care. We moved to Worcester 20 years ago and we still take our dogs here. We would never go anywhere else.The doctors and staff members have always been kind and gentle. One of our dogs is scared of the scale, because it moves. Haven't figured out why it's a problem for him. The techs are great they have to lift him, he's 60 lbs, and place him on the scale, then they give him a treat for being such a good boy.We did try a vet in Worcester, just because it was closer to home. That didn't work out! The doctor was anywhere near the kind compassionate person we were looking for.”

I can say that the misinformation being posted about Dr. Koretsky couldn’t be farther from the truth, and that the people leaving negative comments have not ever been to this clinic, nor do they even live in the same state.I came on here to share my input as Dr. K is not only my veterinarian but she has become my friend in the 2 years that I have been her client, and it is hurtful to see people spreading lies about her and her business. Dr. Koretsky is an advocate for all animals, including service animals being used correctly. Since leaving my original review (below), I have adopted a second kitten and continue to go to Harvard Family Pet. In the years that I have known her, she has been nothing but a fantastic veterinarian, and I would not go anywhere else. The comments from my original review remain, and I also want to add that Dr. K takes the time on her days off to help me when I need assistance or have questions. I don’t know of anyone who has a veterinarian that they can contact on a day off and/or over the weekend, and get a fast response. I would give her 100/5 stars if I could!! She has done countless things outside of her normal business hours to ensure my pets are receiving the best care, and that is the type of person she actually is. I hope that anyone reading negative comments about the clinic will not let that deter them from choosing this clinic for their pets, and will listen to an actual client. My pets are literally my children and I would not trust anyone else with them. My cats are both healthy and thriving.My original review is below:I adopted my first kitten almost a year and a half ago, and chose this pet clinic because I was looking for a smaller practice. As a first-time cat mom, I had a million questions at the beginning, and still continue to have ongoing questions about the best way to care for my cat. He is my baby, and I always want to make sure I am doing the very best for him. Dr. K and Kayla have always been super helpful and patient with me. They always take the time to explain anything and everything to me, whether it is in-person, via email, or over the phone. I am experiencing a lot of things for the first time, so I like that they don't make me feel silly for asking questions, and are always available to make recommendations. I never feel rushed during appointments, as they take the necessary time to provide care and make sure any questions are explained. A few months back, I had an emergency with my cat and they were available to answer my questions after-hours, got me scheduled first thing the following morning, provided an emergency room referral, followed-up with the emergency vet, and handled my pet insurance claim (immediately). I am very happy with this pet clinic, and I feel that I would not get the same level of care at a larger facility. They are very prompt with getting back to me whenever needed, flexible with scheduling appointments, and have very fair prices. I trust them completely with the care for my baby, and I highly recommend this vet clinic!”
