“I have been to Lamy Automotive recently for replacing steering wheel on my new Tesla Model Y ( I was trying to replace the original steering wheel that comes with Tesla to a Yoke style steering wheel for a more sporty looks) and I must admit they did an exceptional job. First they clearly told me that they have never done it before on a Tesla and they would need to do some research before attempting it. I like there honesty and the fact that they were ready to attempt this without having done similar thing before. Very happy with their service. They did it in a pretty reasonable price too. I am also adding a Dashboard console to my Tesla Model Y in a few days and so will be able to review that soon.Service: Steering & suspension replacement”

“Good experience, I desperately needed new tires before a road trip. Saturday I placed an online order and request for an appointment 8am Monday. I received a call back shortly after, and they notified me my tires were out of stock and they’d be delivered sometime between 12-3 Monday, and I’d be able to get them installed when they arrived. He also mentioned their next appointment was Thursday, but because my road trip was sooner he was going to fit me in. Sadly, Monday arrived and the tires were delivered too late in the day. (Called and they came at 4, close at 5). He offered me an appointment the next morning, 11am. I ended up showing up 10 minutes late! He still took me, and completed the install and rotation within the promised 2.5hrs. Will definitely keep them in mind for other vehicles in the future.”
