With the new self serve system, packages can be scanned in yourself and especially with Amazon returns it’s quick and easy. The staff even went above and beyond to help with an Amazon return code that was not scanning and took a good 5 minutes or more to manually confirm it in their system.”

“Tom at this location, Staples Natick was very helpful and exceeded my expectations. I submitted an order online for a VERY important corporate booklet. Staples could have just printed as inputted, but Tom e-mailed then called me to explain that the laminated pages would mean the pages would then be larger than the plastic front and back covers. Tom asked me what this was for and then gave me a more appropriate order for my booklet goal. I wasn't charged anything extra for this update. I think Tom should be made CEO of the Staples Natick printing department! Go, Tom!”

“I haven’t been to a Staples Connect before, though I can guarantee I will start going more often. I came today to ship some items, but I saw a monitor that I have been interested in for a while now. The staff was great in helping me find information about this monitor, but who I found the most helpful was the cashier, Shirish. Shirish was super friendly, supportive and relatable. Not only was he super fun to talk with, but he was also able to answer all my questions and informed me of their coupons and app. In the end, Shirish was able to help me get a good deal on my monitor. I had a frustrating day at work, but Shirish honestly made my day a whole lot better.”

“I had to send a large amount of oddly shaped film equipment to my boss in NYC. Harvey saw I was overwhelmed and had no idea what I was doing. He took the time to help me pack the items in a way that got me the best deal. After about 2 hours of packing he got me some ice cold water and told me to take some time to relax while he did the paperwork for everything. I will never forget the kindness of this man. It doesn't matter how big or small of a shipment I have, I will drive out of my way to ship out of this location because of how amazing Harvey was.”

“My husband needed to drop off an international package, and the team there was super helpful getting all his customs documents and label together--so much so that he mentioned how nice everyone was when he got home.Fast forward to two days later, we cannot find my husband's bag, and we're back-tracking his day. “A friendly neighborhood post office and not ever crowded, even at the holidays. All of the people who work here have always been nice and patient. Good to call ahead for passports for an appointment, but they can do them as well with no line. In the summertime there is an ice cream and burger stand next door, so you can make a nice outing of it if you have kids in tow or are hungry.”

“We feel very fortunate to live in a town with this outstanding USPS team. They (Ed is the only one we know by name) always handle our mails and packages with care. On rainy days, they would always secure packages that don't fit in our mailbox in a plastic bag. Recently when a piece of oversized package didn't fit in the bag, Ed carried it all the way down the driveway to our house. Thank you, the Dover USPS team!”

“Where this is located is literally in between Village Pizza and the Mart. So you want to park as if you're going to the Mart, then you'll see a door just to the left of the Mart, it's the same building though. That's the post office. It's a cozy place. I went there early on a Friday morning to submit a passport application. It took under 10 minutes, very quick! It was not at all crowded, in fact it was only myself an one other lady there at the time. Also, the cleric was so gentle and nice. So overall, it may be a bit hard to find, but I'd recommend it for any postal services. Great place. God bless!”
