“Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”
“Kind of strange to be writing a review for the post office, but after reading the bad reviews for the Dedham post office, I went ahead and made my way to the Westwood post office.
I thought the woman behind the counter was extremely patient as I tried to figure out the best way to send my three different tax-related documents -– some that needed certified with return receipt, others that did not. Apparently the type of envelope that you buy can determine the way it’s mailed, and some envelopes end up costing more than others because of that.
In the end, I was able to get everything mailed, get the return receipts I needed, and she never made me feel rushed or stupid. It was also five minutes before closing time, so I give her a lot of kudos for that too.”
“Protect Dave at all costs! Today was my last day to bring my package to return an item to the post office [ i haven't been around] and i wasn't about to shove it into the box outside. He was already outside the building for a moment and he took the time to stop and answer my question. He wasn't rude or in a rush but the complete opposite. He doesn't know this but this is my first package i have ever sent out to return that wasnt Amazon and he took it and processed it for me to send out. This is above and beyond attitude. “I continue to be impressed by the Staples store in Needham, Highland Avenue. In this review I wish to thank Dave McNeish for his help with printing photographs for a family event. It was help that was needed although the purchase was nominal. Dave was helpful and treated me with respect considering the circumstances. I often come here to hang out and get out of my home office. Once here I start remembering items that I need. Even when I come to the store to hang out and have coffee, I never leave without buying something. Great customer service is valuable in today's retail store marketplace. Why visit a store when most items are available online? I like the feel of a brick and mortar store. I like the interaction between sales staff and me. I like to interact with other customers. What's on sale? What's trending? The experience online is linear. It's visual on the online stores. Many more senses are involved with an in store experience. Visually you see the products but in a three dimensional way when seeing items in person. Here I can sit in an office chair and write this. It smells new. It feels supportive and yet comfortable. A possible sale today? Who knows. With a good sales person, I feel comfortable in returning to this store again. If I had a bad experience I might not return. Accommodations to Dave McNeish at the Needham store!”
