Eri had complications, through no fault of anyone - he's a very large, hyper 2 year old husky mix - and they were there for us every step of the way, including multiple communications on Thanksgiving when his incision site split open.
I'm especially thankful to Becky Wright and Dr. Marci for going above and beyond and getting Eri fixed up.
He just had his last x-rays and I believe it was because their outstanding care that he healed beautifully.”

“By far the most kind human beings on the planet work here. My 16 year old kitty had a huge tumor that they worked on and we ended up having to put her down a week later. The staff is the most loving kind and empathetic people. The doctor was almost actually crying with me. I appreciate how loving they were for my cat and how they gave me encouraging words. “HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Dr. Ruel came to our home yesterday to ease the suffering of our cherished 14 year old dachshund, Hershey, and bring her to doggie Heaven. Dr. Ruel is extremely compassionate and explained everything along the way putting us and Hershey at ease. We were able to do this at home in our yard in the sunshine which Hershey so loved. Even though I am not currently a client of the clinic, she went out of her way to be kind, patient, and incredibly resourceful while helping me find information and pointing me in the right direction. It is rare to come across someone who is so genuinely helpful without any expectation in return, and it really made a difference for me.

“The staff at Four Paws are amazing, they really are true dog whisperers. My puppy loves going there and comes back happy tired, and always healthy. They are very particular about maintaining healthy environment for the puppers.
Daycare services are great too - puppies get 2 play times in the day at 10-11.30, and again at 1-2pm. They are pretty strict about the pick up time before 6pm and drop off before 9.45am.
They do have a slightly complicated billing structure for boarding services, and are on the higher end of the spectrum in general, but are the cleanest kennel spaces that I have come across so far. One needs to add puppy play hours, a tuck-in service, bath before pick-up all at additional costs.
The place is very well-managed. My pup is also with the Thrive pet clinic, sharing the premises with Four Paws, hence in case he needs attention during the day, it's very convenient to get him his vaccines, treatments, and routine checkups done during daycare hours.
(Note for boarding services, the premises are unmanned from 7pm to 6am)”

My dog was in typical Shih tzu mode. She had a lot to say and the vet sat on the floor just trying to make friends.”
