I brought my German Shepherd puppy in for his first puppy visit. He was very nervous a. He was barking and growling aggressively. That was until she pulled out the cheese whiz!!! He calmed right down. He became the puppy I get to see everyday. By the end of his visit he didn't want to leave. Thank you to all the staff for being so caring!!!! “We took our kitty bucky. He was an abandoned and traumatized kitty from his past life of 4.5 years then he was dumped at a shelter with his 5 brothers and sisters and when my sister and I adopted him he wouldn't eat for 2weeks or come out from under the bed. We finally got him to come out from under the bed and he wanted to live now that he had something to live for. But after all that he has extreme anxiety and ibd ,irritable bowel disorder. So we took him to animal health center in plainville they were the kindest bunch of veterinarian doctors and nurses I have ever met especially her last name is Trapani! Bucky was so petrified he couldn't move through the whole visit and all of the staff there were very, very patient and kind with him. They know their stuff!!! Thank, you animal health center!!!!! “We have been going to Ashland Animal for over 30 years. Every fur baby received the best care. We moved to Worcester 20 years ago and we still take our dogs here. We would never go anywhere else.The doctors and staff members have always been kind and gentle. One of our dogs is scared of the scale, because it moves. Haven't figured out why it's a problem for him. The techs are great they have to lift him, he's 60 lbs, and place him on the scale, then they give him a treat for being such a good boy.We did try a vet in Worcester, just because it was closer to home. That didn't work out! The doctor was anywhere near the kind compassionate person we were looking for.”
