“Great experience at Interstate a week ago. Jacob was knowledgable and fun to interact with. A definite asset to that store. If I had to post a negative, well...it's the hours of operation. Hard to get there before closing if you work an 8 to 5 job and no Saturday or Sunday hours. Other than that...very positve result.”

“I’m pretty ignorant when it comes to cars (other than keeping the oil changed and the gas tank full?!) But the staff at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Milford are friendly, courteous and helpful. I’m treated respectfully, despite being pretty clueless about car parts. ? They’ve helped me by explaining things well, and by physically helping me take care of my car (helping put trim back on, installing windshield wipers etc) Really good customer service is hard to find these days, and these folks have been providing it for years.”
