“I highly recommend this shop. I stopped by for replacement parts on a firearm I had broken. They had most parts already in stock, including small parts, but my luck ran out and one was out of stock with more on order. They offered to order it for me, if I wanted something specific, but the owner went out of his way to search his personal armory toolbox and comp me the used (in like new condition) part for free with the other items I purchased. This is beyond top tier customer service, and would love for this review to help bring even more positive attention to support this amazing business. Dennis and the Pinnacle crew are the best!”

“This was my school, Keough Memorial Academy, in Bellingham’s first time creating an online school store and it could not have been any easier. Penny met with us and helped our student representatives choose the different garments to put on the store. Both Penny and Carly were responsive via phone and email, and answered any questions that we had. Our store was online for 2 weeks and they even offered the organization a 10% donation from our profit. Our items are printed and stitched well and were ready within two weeks. Our staff and students love them! I could not be more impressed and highly recommend Carly and Penny.”

“I Rented Skis, boots, and poles from this place for this last season and was very impressed. As I was new to both the area and skiing, I was grateful for the advice they gave me and the guidance in choosing what I would need. I ended up skiing 12 times this winter, I absolutely loved it! Although they had a free tune up available, I did not even need to use it, the equipment was consistent throughout the whole winter. Since I am now looking to purchase skis for next season, I came in to return my skis today and I had a lot of questions. I would like to acknowledge Elliot for being very insightful and helpful, he was able to give me recommendations and tips for what I might want out of the next pair of skis I purchase based on what I noticed on the mountain and my skiing style. Cannot recommend this place enough. Best price in the area too, tough to beat.”

“Went for Minn Kota motor repair and had a great experience. Most importantly, he took the time to walk me through what had most likely caused the issues in the first place and how to avoid them in the future. The education was worth the visit alone and the friendly service will absolutely have me visiting again next time I need service on the motor AND in future for outdoor gear in general. “I have done many orders with this company. I have ordered sweatpants for Sweet Sixteen party favors, all my Girl Scout t-shirts and sweatpants throughout the years for my troop and youth field hockey program t-shirts. The graphic design artist comes up with great ideas. Their office is in Holliston and I was able to meet at their office and have brain storming sessions for design and I have also done work via email. Terrific company to work with, I highly recommend!”

“My husband and I frequent this store often. We purchase shoes or sneakers not only for ourselves but for our grandchildren as well. On our last visit, we were greeted by a very friendly associate whom we had never seen before. His name is Vu. We told him that we were looking for arch supporting slides for my husband and comfortable sandals for myself for our vacation. Vu went over and above with helping us not only by finding two pairs for my husbands size 13 feet but showed us how we can use the bogo deal with purchasing my sandals. We are so very happy with our purchases (2 pairs for each of us). Vu also saved us more money by asking for my rewards and using our frequent shopping trip coupons and birthday coupon. Vu’s friendly and helpful customer service was refreshing in the world we are living in. He needs to be commended by the store owner and manager for his outstanding professionalism and customer service. We will continue to make this Famous Footwear location our go to.”
