I've been there a few times and he has been beyond helpful each time. I've never seen such quality customer service from a place before and especially from a paint store. They don't just treat you as if you're going to get some paint and then leave. They make it a personalized experience and helps ensure you get the perfect color and outcome that you're looking for. Jake has also been extremely helpful. Whatever you are paying them, it's not enough! This would have been stressful for me to pick out colors but thanks to Rocky, this has been a pleasurable experience! I hope this helps others when considering a place to go to for paint. Not only is the quality of the paint really good, but the employees are even better! And I hope management/higher ups see this too because they need to be recognized for their hard work and dedication and quality that they bring to each customer!!!”

“My son turned 13 during "quarantine" so he wasn't able to have the big party with friends that he imagined would be the kick off to his teenage years. So, we decided that we would invest some time, effort, and money in updating his room to create a cool, age appropriate space for him. He picked a theme, and while we were rearranging the furniture, it was obvious that we needed to start the transformation by applying a fresh coat of paint to the walls. We visited the shop on Newport Avenue and had the whole place to ourselves. We picked out a few swatches, brought them home to see them in the everyday lighting in our house, and picked the perfect color. We returned to the shop and were still the only customers inside. We selected washable and durable interior paint that should hold up well in a teenagers room and had two cans mixed up. We also pick up spackle and a paint roller kit to make the task as easy and foolproof as possible. The young man who assisted us was helpful and friendly and took excellent care of us.”

“The Mansfield store has very helpful associates. They listen and are very helpful with color choices. On one of my visits, a painter was in the store. He also was very helpful. He showed me his favorite colors. I thought that was great! Also, there is a woman that was into color choices and her recommendations. She was extremely helpful.”

“We stopped at this store to get some information on wood stains for our beach cottage. The customer service is top notch. Lisa, spent a good deal of time with us answering questions and providing recommendations to our project. She gave us lots of information to digest and she was great letting us know about a sale that would start the next day and would last over the weekend. At almost $70/gallon of stain, any sale would be welcome!
