Transmission Repair in Norwood, MA

“Awesome job done here. Although classic Minis are not their specialty, they researched everything that they needed to know to do an outstanding job. This is the first time that I have driven this car and felt that it ran flawlessly.”

“If I could give this place many more stars I would. I had a terrible noise coming from my tire after it was replaced by Town Fair Tire Walpole. I had my car towed there on Saturday after a blowout. Monday I made an appt to return to have it checked out. Long story short they would not put it on the lift or do an inspection because I hadn't had it aligned even though I had an appointment and told me it was OK to drive. They sent me to Pleasant St Tire but the guy there wouldn't look at it for less than 125.00. So I went to Norwood Auto which is where I wanted to go in the first place but they were closed by the time I called on Saturday. They not only checked it out for no charge, Steve repaired the torn plastic flap, which was missed, for free. Can you imagine? I will be a faithful customer going forward. Thanks Allen and Steve!!”

“I had a great experience with this dealership and truly appreciate the amazing work they did on my vehicle. Although the repair took longer than expected, Chris, the manager, was very patient with me and took the time to explain why the process was taking so long and what was being done. That communication made a big difference.

As a lady driver, I had many questions and made quite a few calls to follow up, and Chris was always professional, patient, and understanding. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. He was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and honest about the process and the timeline.

I really appreciate the excellent work, professionalism, and customer service from the entire team. Thank you, Chris, for your patience and for keeping me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership!”
