“I don’t even know where to start…This place is amazing, I bought a car from a dealership and had problems the day I got it… I immediately called revolution automotive and spoke with Chris(Service advisor) who from the very beginning was very polite and respectful, they diagnosed the problem immediately finding out my turbo had blown, my shocks were broken, brakes sensors were put on incorrectly and my battery was completely drained the repairs were over $6000, Chris immediately called my warranty company and went to Bat for me when I needed him, John the other service advisor was always respectful and very helpful in place of Chris whenever he was busy assisting other people etc and went out of his way to always assist me and answer questions regardless of Chris being the main handler of my claim, when it all came down to the end I had been without my car for a little while and Chris and John both were always very understanding of the fact I missed my car, Chris was out due to a family emergency on the final day and I called the shop hopeful to pick up my car, we were still waiting on the warranty company to pay, Jeff the parts manager! Picks up the phone although only handling one warranty claim ever he takes it upon himself to call my warranty company and boy did he shine! He pressured the warranty company to pay on the spot calls me up and tells me my car is ready and I got to meet the great people who helped me out in my time of need and distress. Chris, John, Jeff are by far the best interactions I’ve ever had when it comes to dealing with cars they’re very knowledgeable, understanding and respectful, you honestly couldn’t ask for more. I’ve had my car for the past few days and Andy(technician) did an amazing job with the repairs Alan(shop owner) picked great people to work for him and I highly recommend this place”

“Jimmy knows transmissions. If you have any shifting related issues with your car take it to Batco right away. Ended up needing the transmission replaced, decided on a new versus rebuilt transmission. It took weeks to get the car back. He's just that busy! He warranties all his work, and you get a free 3k checkup.”
