There were several other permanent jewelry studios in Boston that were closer, but I chose to go to her because the quality of her jewelry was excellent and I wanted to work with someone who really valued me and my style and who would work with me to find the right fit. Permanent jewelry is a really personal choice, and Christie's commitment to her clients and love of her work made it a great experience. All of my chains have lasted beautifully with minimal maintenance, and I look forward to wearing them for many years to come.”

“EVERYONE is always so helpful at Chico's, Northshore Mall - thank you!I am not one to take time to try things on and some time I hit it, keep everything and other times I return all or some. The Team at the Northshore Mall is always very kind, always wanting to help and always go out of their way to get you what you need.Today was no exception. I had a few things to return and was hoping to find some new things too. Team was there to assist with my return and help me as well. There were a few items that were purchased in the summer that could not be returned (I was delayed due to a broken wrist). They carefully explained the policy, I was instructed to call customer service and called from the store. I had to escalate to a supervisor who reinforced their policy and kindly emailed me a return label.One of the sales team members was listening in and immediately grabbed me a bag to return my items in, how kind was that! Little things mean a lot and I appreciate everyone in this store, you all work very hard....especially the manager! Thank you ALL!”

“They repaired my David Yurman necklace chain but when I tried to put the pendant back on, it would not fit over the chain due to the way it was repaired. I brought it back to see if they could repair it a different way and they fixed it perfectly in 15 minutes for no charge. Great experience and wonderful service.
