“I've been there twice. Both times, I had special circumstances that needed to be addressed in an office. Both times as I was waiting, the Branch Manager, Shirley was eager to help me. To put it simply, excellent experience both times. Shirley, and all of the other staff were very polite, courteous, and knew exactly what they were doing. The current staff is very professional, respectful, and competent! I've personally used mobile banking for some years now as I've never been a fan of the personal banking experience. I opened an account with them my second time, and am very happy with the decision. It's a financial institution and people have to realize security features are in place for a reason. Of course they put a hold on checks. It's to prevent fraud. Our safety and theirs. I know first hand, change in management can completely change a place. If you've had a bad experience in the past, give it another chance.”
