“I use to bank with Citizens on the cape until the branch manager told me he was leaving to work at another bank. Upon his leaving I immediately opened a new account and transferred to Rockland. The customer service I was use to was just unapparelled this day in age. 10/10 if I ever need anything or have any questions I know I can stop in and get a quick and timely resolve or answer. I'll never forget the help I got in buying my home and the stress from transferring large sums of money was all but none thanks to this branch and it's team.”

It was practically five years ago, but only now I came across of her name and realized that works for another bank now. “Yesterday I needed to have an application notarized, so I decided to call this bank to see if they would be able to do it for me. From the moment I called, the staff here blew me away with how polite they were. I ended up dropping in around lunch time and once again was warmly greeted by the bank teller who quickly supported me with notarizing the documents I had. The icing on the cake was that they offered their notarization services for free which was a pleasant surprise! In the end, I enjoyed the service and convenience of this bank and I'm looking forward to the possibility of making them my primary bank on Cape.”

“Dylan Derby and Meghan Burchill are awesome they are so sweet they took care of me immediately to replace my debit card 10 min before closing, they didn't charge me and they listened to all my problems like they were friends they have a great sense of humor and personality. Usually when I go to a bank I don't even get eye contact and the bank tellers look at you as if you just asked them to do your taxes or to borrow THEIR money. They dislike it when there's more than one person in line and God forbid if you need to make more than one transaction you're really putting them out so when I find tellers like Megan and Dylan I appreciate them!!”

“I personally like this bank alot more then my old one and ironically its right next store to his location. People always seem nice and friendly. It is a quiet bank but I never had a problem with this bank at all. However I do wish they updated to modern times. They really do need a refresh in interior tech and looks. There is no coin machine here which is a real bummer since I believe the hyannis eastern bank has one.. But its a small bank what can you do. Its a perfect location, and its the only bank out of all the eastern banks that is open on a sunday, granted I know the workers dont like this most likely but that has saved my butt more times then I can count. Thank you all.”
