Well, my experience at Rick’s Auto Collision begs to differ with that statement.! From the minute I left my vehicle, I was treated with courtesy, warmth, and efficiency. The paperwork was all ready when I arrived. I signed a couple of forms and away I went! The collision repair was done promptly, even earlier than I expected, and the repair work restored my vehicle to the way it looked when I first purchased it! My vehicle was impeccably clean, backed into a spot for easy exit from the lot and restored to its original beauty. “I was told by 2 other local mechanics that I needed over $1k of work on my Mini Cooper. Mini wanted $275 just to diagnose the problem. A friend told me to go see Jason at Paradise Auto Service. At first Jason gave me the name of someone in Marblehead who works on BMW's & Minis and while I was still in his lot calling them, he came over to my car and asked me to pull it in because he thought he knew what it might be. It was exactly what he thought it was. He ordered the part & put it in the following day. I’ve sent several people to them since. All were equally happy. This was a year ago & I don’t remember the exact amount I paid but I know the part, including labor was less than $100. ?”

“Our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica needed a transmission valve body replacement. The dealership where we purchased the vehicle sent to the car to FNA. Due to the extended warranty causing delays (no fault of FNA) they had our car for a few weeks. During that time FNA was extremely apologetic and kept us informed every step of the way. Even though the delay was not FNA's fault they covered the warranty deductible AND delivered the car to us.
I highly, very highly recommend this shop. These days customer service this excellent is hard to find. 5 stars is not adequate to rate these guys. The best repair shop we've ever dealt with by far.”

“My car is working far better than before! Twins fixed the electrical on my car. It went haywire with headlights, wipers and AC suddenly not working. I decided to try this shop based on the many good reviews from customers with similar issues. The issue was expertly diagnosed, parts ordered and delivered speedily, and replaced/ fixed quickly.
Prior to this electrical issue my AC was only semi-cold, it now feels cold and like new AC!!! Goes to show how important it is to have the electrical up to date.

Although I never returned to them, they left me with the feeling that I cannot trust mechanics and that they will always take advantage of me. The people at Good News Garage give me the feeling that they are treating me with respect and being fair and honest. I will come back. The Golden Rule comes to mind: “Do to others what you want them to do to you.””

“Came in with my 01 Honda crv to change my ball joints thinking they needed to be changed however the mechanic was very upfront and honest with me and told me I did not need to change them and showed me there was no play. Appreciate them first time coming here and will definitely be back for honesty!!!”
