“Ryan and his entire team are top knotch!! From our first conversation to having our 2017 GMC Acadia towed to their shop, Ryan was always in contact with us. We ended up having to have our engine replaced which he explained the how's and why's and we fully understood. He gave us an estimate and it was very fair so we agreed to have him and his team do the work. Ryan installed a remanufactured engine with a warranty. This was not an easy job at all and we did need a few extra parts but why would you put old items on a new engine (Water Pump Etc.) We felt completely at ease. After we got the Acadia back he asked us to bring it back so he could change the oil after 500 miles. We did bring it back and and he changed the oil and he looked at the oil to make sure that the engine was good and it was. During the project if we had questions we could simply call or text Ryan and he always got back to us. If you have read this all the way to here just stop and take your vehicle to Ryan and his team at A&K Automotive. “AC Auto is the only place I want to take my car. John and his employees are extremely kind and honest and do the best work using only the best parts. I’ve come to them with issues that were something like an oil light being on or a transmission light due to another company failing to turn it off. They always help me out. They are so good to me I question why I ever went anywhere else. As a woman who does not know cars, it’s nice to go somewhere that’s so honest. They won’t do work they don’t think is necessary and won’t do any work without me knowing what it will entail and the cost. They are really the best. They also will do local pick ups for my car or pick me up and drop me off. I haven’t taken advantage of that yet but it’s a huge relief knowing they have that’s option.”

“Well I brought my GMC Yukon in for a transmission code. The day I dropped it off was extremely busy. I knew up front that diagnosis, parts and labor would take time. I was called with a quote and received my vehicle back a few days later. I noticed at pickup the front and rear sonar system wasn't functioning. Upon further investigation, I discovered damage to the front bumper. When I called and spoke to Andrew, he said he would check their cameras. He apologized and paid for the damage to my vehicle. Thank You for being honest, I will certainly reccomend you as the transmission repair was quoted and done very well. ?”

“I can’t thank Jimmy and his team enough for the sacrifices they made to repair my car last minute. I went to Jimmy’s shop years ago and haven’t had any services done since I purchased my vehicle 7 years ago because I went to the dealership for repairs. Fast forward, last night I was in a tight spot needing to tow my car to a reliable place from the dealership because they were trying to charge me an arm and a leg for a problem with transmission. I have family that still brings their cars to Jimmy which recommended him being the only place we can tow to. He contacted Jimmy who’s very responsive and was willing to help. It was the best decision. The next day, Jimmy moved swiftly, was able to find another issue (dealership didn’t tell me) and give me a better price. Jimmy treats his clients better than any mechanic I’ve been to. He’s attentive, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and values his work. I highly recommend!!!!!”
