Are you kidding? What could go wrong. Place is great. Maybe could use dome parking but what places on that row couldn't. Lobster was fresh, it was right there swimming around. Cooked perfectly. Served nice. Nice seating area out back.

Really great lobster roll -- a lot of lobster in it. Price is pretty reasonable considering the amount of lobster. It's not easy to get seating but the staff is helpful and friendly. Location is great.
