“My daughter needed a prescription for an ear ache, which our other pharmacy did not have available nor did they want to help me with suggesting another medication. I called Norwood Pharmacy and the woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure they had the medication before I went there. When I went to pick up the prescription she was very helpful in talking me through the process about how the medication should be given. I really like this pharmacy and I’m glad I was advised to go here!”

“My experience on the phone with the pharmacy staff here over the past few days has been such a breath of fresh air that I want to shout about it for everyone to hear—which, it turns out, is precisely the reason that Google offers this function.I regret that I didn’t catch the name of the kind woman I spoke to last Friday evening, but earlier this afternoon I spoke twice to Kyle, who was helpful, pleasant, and efficient.Also:1) The phone menu doesn’t insist on wasting your time.When the automated voice starts to list options, you can say “pharmacy,” wait for the voice to acknowledge that, and then “something else” if you actually need to speak to someone. (Please don’t abuse that.)2) I was never on hold for more than a few minutes.This is how you engender trust; now I will actually believe that the duration I’m on hold is proportional to how busy the staff is. After all, you can’t always be “experiencing higher than average call volumes,” because that’s not how averages work.I was originally calling to find a pharmacy that had a particular medication in stock, but now I plan to transfer all of my medications here.”

When we went back, they told us that they are out of stock, and no other CVS pharmacies have it either.Sam and John at the Big Y Pharmacy went above and beyond to fix CVS's mistake. Not only did they reach out to CVS and get the script transferred, they did it without any prior notice and less than an hour before closing. Those two are amazing, and have earned customers for life.5 Stars, and could not recommend the team at Big Y highly enough.”

“The Phamarcy associate Claudia who helped should be the specimen of what excllent customer service and patience is. I went to pick up my medication and due to a not so clear connection my name wasn’t coming through very clearly and I was frustrated by that coupled with a long commute home and when Claudia came to the windows and asked me to repeat my name I was very short with her and the entire time she remained calm as I my frustration with The way the interaction was going grew More and more. Claudia remained as professional and courteous the entire time and managed to help me pick up my medication within 15 minutes of me getting there. She was able to resolve an issue with my medication refill that I’ve been trying to resolve for some few weeks now and explained to me in detail why there was a delay and why they couldn’t find my medication. She was able to solve that less than 15 minutes of me arriving at this pharmacy. CVS should commend her for the patience and excellent customer service she demonstrated, especially being that I was being very rude to her. This is a true testament why CVS is ranked number one in customer service because of the excellent customer service and patience Claudia showed to me today.Bravooo !!! to the pharmacy team in Randolph. “5 Stars for Pharmacist Cindy Pham. She is the best pharmacist around. I have dealt with her numerous times and she has been super helpful and knowledgeable. The other day I asked her a general question and what item would be best. She came over to the aisle and showed me the best item and explained why it was what I needed. She is definitely the best there!! I have asked other pharmacists there and they don't care or offer assistance and aren't even pleasant. Side note, there is a new woman at the register in the pharmacy and she is TOTALLY unpleasant and not helpful. I don't like getting her at the register. The register womans score 1 star. Overall the store is good and organized and the staff usually are nice and helpful.”
