Tracy's attention to detail, his thoughtfulness, and his genuine interest in his clients make the transition on and off island simple and seamless. Knowing that matters were in his capable hands was a tremendous relief. No request was a problem -- including finding flowers and a handmade card for my wife.

Tracy was saved our summer. We called him 24 hrs ahead of the stay without any organization, during the heart of the season, and he got everything done! Most attentive, kind and accessible assistance throughout the stay. Looking forward to working with him again this year and for many summers to come.

Tracy is the most high energy person I have ever known. He was able to quickly respond to any of our requests and since he knows everyone on the island he was able to track down any items that we needed. Highly recommend Nantucket Concierge Services!
