“I’ve had nightmare dealings with car dealerships in the past but this was complete opposite. From walking in to then getting my vehicle it was a very positive experience. The communication has been top notch and the salesman, Zach, was extremely friendly, honest and very personable. The negotiation itself was the smoothest I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased the vehicle in MA but registered it in RI. I ended up meeting the “runner” at the DMV to swap cars which i found odd but even the runner was a great guy! I later spoke with who I believe was the sales manager as well who was very friendly once everything was squared away.
