“Traveling from St. Petersburg Fl, I randomly stopped into Factory Five Racing on a Friday afternoon while passing through the town of Wareham. Mainly just planned on checking out the newly renovated showroom and grabbing a tshirt before leaving. Upon walking into the showroom my girlfriend and I were kindly greeted by Kyle J. at the front desk. I told him we were just in the area and thought to check it out briefly. He asked if I had any interest in owning or building a factory five vehicle, and when I told him no but my dad is currently in the middle of building his ‘65 MK5 and was here last year for a tour. Kyle quickly offered to give us a quick walk through tour of the ENTIRE place! Talk about unexpected and totally not necessary for him to take time out of his day to do! It’s amazing seeing the ins and outs of that production facility and seeing all the processes that are required to keep that place working! Huge shoutout to Kyle J. and keep up the great work you are working on!
Oh and for an added bonus, the owner Dave Smith was also giving a demo ride to another customer in one sweet blue MK5 and roasted some tires in the parking lot! Sick! 💪”

“Had to have a transfer case swapped on a Cayenne and it was done in under 24 hrs once in the shop. Now I'm having the front diff done, as it was pointed out that it needs it, and it did. (See, I was told it was going to happen,.. and it did, so I am taking responsibility for my own actions here) Keep note his is a busy shop and wait times may be an issue. I noticed the bad customer reviews related to the woman who (had) worked there are now no longer valid as she is gone. The owner ..DOES.. know his stuff and will resolve issues if advice is ..properly.. followed. (some of the bad reviews pertain to not doing the full recommendation, and attempting to cheap out, by skipping replacing those related parts,.. so take that for what it is.)Service: Transmission repair”

“Interesting bunch to deal with. I needed a tow truck. They told me the wait might be up to 3 hours. The wrecker showed up in 25 minutes. The driver was very competent and efficient. I had a snow plow that fell over a retaining wall lifted back up into my driveway. The tow truck operator figured out a clever way to do it and it worked rather quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Marc’s for towing. Especially the challenging situations. Price seemed reasonable for what Marc’s did.”
