They told me $345 for the same exact tow that Marcs Auto Service charged me, $225 for. I highly recommend them. They were fast, reliable, and dependable. They followed my instructions as to where I wanted my car left, where to put my key. Everything about dealing with them was a pleasure especially the price.? The tow truck, driver was courteous and very respectful. I highly recommend these gentlemen, if you are looking for a reasonable rate for your next tow!!! Thanks again pleasure doing business !!! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.I was in a car accident in the area and had my car towed here, not knowing anything about them. Picked the right place!It was looking like my car was going to be totaled, they were very kind and reassuring, but ultimately it was not totaled!The work done looks fantastic and my car is running great.Due to a back-up with my exhaust it did take awhile for the work to be completed (no fault of the shop) and they remained in consistent communication to let me know the status, answered and returned my calls promptly.Even after I thought the work was done, the check engine came back on, they checked it out immediately, paid for a rental to complete the work and even though after the fact it seemed the light was not on due to the accident but a coincidental incident, they took care of it no charge.Would highly recommend!!”

“Place is great. Have come here off & on for many years for many different vehicles & reasons. Quick, and Affordable spare tires or 1/2 sets & full sets of new & Good used. Recommend calling 1st to check they have what you're looking for, (Some common tire sizes are very in demand for winter & they'll hold for you if they have them. If they don't, they'll search & schedule you fairly quick), but most often you can do a walk-in, pick out your tire(s) and get your situation squared away. Large crew of good guys & friendly staff. Solid regular people looking to do their jobs well, and help out a customer. Highly recommend.”

“Had to have a transfer case swapped on a Cayenne and it was done in under 24 hrs once in the shop. Now I'm having the front diff done, as it was pointed out that it needs it, and it did. (See, I was told it was going to happen,.. and it did, so I am taking responsibility for my own actions here) Keep note his is a busy shop and wait times may be an issue. I noticed the bad customer reviews related to the woman who (had) worked there are now no longer valid as she is gone. The owner ..DOES.. know his stuff and will resolve issues if advice is ..properly.. followed. (some of the bad reviews pertain to not doing the full recommendation, and attempting to cheap out, by skipping replacing those related parts,.. so take that for what it is.)Service: Transmission repair”

“a very friendly guy named Dave that works there gave me and my son a lot of information about these cars and what they can do. it was pretty awesome and he was very informative and knew a lot about all of these cars. it was pretty impressive. I have been there before and had a tour of the shop with the foreman. his name was Nathan Johnson and he also is very awesome and informative and knows everything about factory five. I'm pretty sure that Nathan has been working there since high school. very friendly and nice person to deal with. if you want a really cool kit car to put together then I would suggest going to factory five and ordering a kit !”
