“What a wonderful pharmacy! So much better than all of the big chains. The pharmacist and all employees were very helpful. When you call them you get a REAL person and you are not placed on hold for an hour like most chains. I am so impressed with this establishment. I traveled almost an hour from my home to get here but it was well worth it and I plan to fill other prescriptions here. You can't beat an independently owned small business!!”

The owner, Fritz, is dependable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. NELS repairs and/or calibrates our incubators, centrifuges, shakers etc... They also provide service to labs at prominent Boston hospitals.NELS is competent, efficient, and unlike other lab equipment repair companies in New England, they will NOT nickel & dime you. “Not sure what everyone is complaining about but RR has been just fine in my few weeks of working with them. Sure - they send you text messages that gently mentions their other endeavors... but no one is forcing you to use them. So long as they don't spam me with stuff not related to CPAP gear, I couldn't care less. Friendly folks on the phone, prompt call backs, hassle free insurance handling... not sure what else you might want or need.”

I wanted to use a local business because it seems most people experience problems with the big companies (long wait times and lack of good customer service). I had the opposite experience with Advanced Health Services. Annette was wonderful and the only person I dealt with from start to finish. I had the Rolling Walker in less than a week from when she got the prescription. She was very helpful, warm and knowledgeable. I'll be using her for any future DME needs.
