“Ray was a great person to deal with, went to check out a 2012 Buick Regal GS and it ran and drove good. I’ve had it for about 2 months now and have had no issues that weren’t disclosed at the time of sale, however i’ve realized the a/c doesn’t operate properly. Granted when i looked at the vehicle it was still relatively cold out so I couldn’t test this feature properly, but that’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise it was a great dealer experience, and would recommend buying a vehicle from here again. My vehicle was purchased with over 187k miles on it and everything works as designed minus the a/c, which i’ll take as a win for such a high mileage vehicle, and it has yet to give me a major issue.”

Brought the 2015 Subaru Forester in and my aluminum rims were safely cleaned and look brand new. Soni is awesome. Friendly and accommodating, got me right in and saved me a ton of time and effort. “"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”

“This was our first time having our vehicle professionally cleaned. We chose the Express Clean for our family van because we were given a gift card. I have never in my life seen my vehicle so spotless, shiny, and smelling so good! I seriously think they got Every. Single. Crumb. You can tell they pay attention to every detail and take pride in their work. It saved me a hot, sweaty, difficult job and now I want to come back at least once a year to get this done because it's so wonderful to have such a clean van!”

“UPDATE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR MONTHLY WASH CLUB: It’s a shame one thing can totally ruin an experience for a car wash. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MONTHLY WASH CLUBS. I cancelled my plan before the end of the month and I’m still getting attempts for $49.99 charges on my account and reaching someone to help get this mess sorted is ridiculous. This has been ongoing for weeks now. Really unfortunate because I did like the services here however, beware of this issue with the billing your account after it’s been cancelled.Great car wash and extremely friendly staff. I have a 4 door Jeep wrangler and most automatic car washes do not rinse the soap off entirely. This automatic wash did. The ultimate wash was the one I chose and can attest to the quality of. They also have free vacuums out front for when you are done.”

“It’s not perfect, but definitely good enough in a pinch. $22 for the ultra wash using the soft touch bay on the far right got my SUV 85% clean. From other reviews it sounds like the no touch bays could be less effective.Same thing for drying - around 85% dry given it’s a quick shot of high pressure air before you exit. If you have wider than normal wheels, this place is good because you don’t have the automated tracks like other places.$1.50 for 7 minutes to vacuum is decent. Whenever I’m in the area for youth soccer or hockey, I use this car wash. Fuss free and easy to use.”
“I have always been screwed over by mechanics.. I'm a back yard mechanic myself but sometimes i hit a wall and need a real mechanic with real tools to do the job right. I found out about these guys through a recommendation by napa right nearby. These guys are great, very personable, very very trustworthy, will always tell you what they'd like to do to your car but also give you other options of what you could do to save money, will do anything they can to save you money, even if it's putting in a part that you bought online or something. They're great. Small shop, 3 car bay steel building with no office, you walk in and shake their hands and tell them what you need. They always have openings either that day or the next day. I will never go anywhere else, even if i move.”
