“Great staff and the costs tend towards the industry standard, I think. I'm sure there are places that exist *somewhere* that are a bit cheaper, but hey, I feel in very good hands here, so its worth every penny. Def not highway robbery like some places. My cat's doctor did serious analysis with test results, and you could tell she put serious thought into how to move forward when the actual medical picture was unclear, which can be hard to find in such a fatigue inducing work environment. Hell, I wish she was my doctor. I hear they have a great dental program too, but if you need an ultrasound or something like that, you will be referred elsewhere. Overall, I see no reason to go anywhere else.”

“Staff is wonderful, kind, compassionate and caring. I had a very sick cat Snookie that had an intestinal blockage and they were able to squeeze her in for what we thought would be emergency surgery (staff went above and beyond to find a spot for her). During the night before surgery she was able to pass the blockage but ended up running a fever. They were able to switch gears and change her care to an X-ray (confirming the blockage was gone) and antibiotics to treat the fever. Within 6 hours my very lethargic cat was up walking around like nothing happened. Perfect diagnosis and effective treatment. They listened to her symptoms and adjusted her care to be what she needed. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for helping Snookie!”

She was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. She took her time with each exam and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely confident that my parrots were in excellent hands. Her staff was also wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Hensen was absolutely worth the trip, and I would highly recommend her.”

“Palmer VCA was recommended to me by my sister and couldn't be happier. I came from a vet with awful customer service and this place is the polar opposite. All of the staff are so great. They are kind, helpful and compassionate. My kitty has lots of anxiety and is very feisty and they are always so nice and patient with her. She also has lots of different medical issues going on and they all go above and beyond to give her the best care and are very good at calming me when I get stressed and worried about her. Fantastic vet and I highly recommend them. Very grateful I found them for my fur baby!”

“Dr Bell has been my dog's vet since she was a few months old, and she turns 12 years old next month. He has always approached her care with compassion and a no nonsense attitude that I am so grateful for. His knowledge and expertise are invaluable. My dog adores him - how many other dogs love seeing the vet?- and I can tell he truly cares about her in return. She now has heart problems and he helped us find a local cardiologist for her and educated us about aspects of her issues. I need to call his office today about an issue that has come up and it helps my anxiety to know that whatever happens my dog will be in great hands with him. I now have a puppy and 2 cats in addition to my senior dog and I trust Dr Bell with all of their care. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful vet.”
