“My husband needed to drop off an international package, and the team there was super helpful getting all his customs documents and label together--so much so that he mentioned how nice everyone was when he got home.Fast forward to two days later, we cannot find my husband's bag, and we're back-tracking his day. Al at FedEx kindly and quickly assists us in tracing the bag's whereabouts. So helpful and above-and-beyond the kind of assistance I feel like we would've gotten anywhere else. “Easy one here, Sunday morning, needed printer ink, knew where to look, there was an associate in the same aisle helping a woman. Once she saw me looking for the correct ink for my printer, she asked if I needed help, I said “ yes I have the model # printer but not sure the number of the ink for it! She found it immediately. Went to checkout, one person being helped, then the associate asked my phone number to check my rewards and luckily for I had $22 and I was out in less than 10 minutes”

“Very reliable local USPS postal office. They are polite and knowledgeable about the products and shipping process. Parking can be hard sometimes, just park at the Walpole public parking and then walk.”
“Protect Dave at all costs! Today was my last day to bring my package to return an item to the post office [ i haven't been around] and i wasn't about to shove it into the box outside. He was already outside the building for a moment and he took the time to stop and answer my question. He wasn't rude or in a rush but the complete opposite. He doesn't know this but this is my first package i have ever sent out to return that wasnt Amazon and he took it and processed it for me to send out. This is above and beyond attitude. “So grateful for the Norfolk post office and staff! Jean is great and runs a tight, tidy ship. I mail packages frequently and am always well taken care of. In response to a previous review: the office closes for lunch because there's typically only one person on staff making that lunch break a necessity.”

“Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”

I found her to be incredibly helpful, thorough, and quick. I would have never known she was new to the team! This was easily my most pleasant experience at the Bellingham Post Office thanks to her!”
“I love this place. It's great that they deal with all the major carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Used them dozens of times with no issues.But as the 14 signs on their storefront emphatically warn you... don't try to bring a package with only a QR code!!! ?”

“We shipped an antique grandfather clock across the country to California. The clock was delivered safe and sound. Thanks to Craters and Freighters of RI for an excellent and professional packing job. Even the delivery man remarked that the crates were not damaged and in great condition for a X-country trip. Great job, hassle free!”

“Visited on a Friday afternoon. After paying for 2 money orders for over $1200 the computer glitched and the employee couldn’t figure out how to print them out. It was escalated with 2 managers who also could not help. Through the whole experience, Austin was awesome. While I had to go home without my money or money orders, he assured me he would contact me asap to get it resolved. Thinking I wouldn’t hear back until at least Monday, 2 hours later, he called me to come back and pick up the money orders. It was a super stressful situation and he handled it really well. He was the only person working that day and definitely deserves recognition for his actions. Thanks, Austin!”
