“The staff are incredibly kind and very helpful. I recently got in my first accident, and they were so kind and understanding. My car was totaled by my insurance company because the repairs cost to much. They felt bad for me and helped me out big time. They were able to save me a couple thousand dollars worth of repairs. They gave me a used bumper instead of a new one, and instead of replacing the entire side panel, they just tried their best to get the dents out, and they did a great job. Now I have my car back, and it is insurable, and it doesn't have a salvage title. You can't even tell I was in an accident. I am so incredibly thankful, I highly recommend ❤️”

I went along, and he was nice enough to stop at three of the chain stores. Finally stopped at O'Reilly. They didn't have my parts, but David was helpful enough, but still no parts.”
“I've had a good time looking around a lot. There is only one car that has parts for my model Civic however I was able to pick three things from it so far at outstanding prices.The main fuel relay cost about 60 bucks online which means in a store it would cost more. I got it for five bucks and my car was running again. So I can only give this place the best of ratings”

They said we'd be fine unless we arrived over 10 mins late, which we weren't going to be. Mark, the customer service associate, was super friendly, patient, and helpful. Service was quick and proper. And the interior is crowded, a bit dusty and has an inventory system that probably only the owner could make sense of - and give his accountant heartburn.However, in this case, one would DEFINITELY need to look beyond all of this. Talk to George the owner. Discuss ideas of what you are trying to do with your vehicle. Decide on the parts required. Factor the labor involved and drop the vehicle off so that George and his partner can get to work.And, like me, you end up as a very satisfied customer after everything is complete.Quality workmanship, fair pricing, reasonable scheduling, and the vehicle was ready when promised. Exactly what more does a 5-star review require?Specializing in pickup bed covers, caps, liners, running boards, remote starters, etc., they can probably get any brand or component that you are interested in.Me? I needed some aftermarket lights replaced/installed in my Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk before I got a "fix it ticket" or hit something in the dark. No issues even though access on this model is tricky.Good work, good people. A small business that is a pleasure to do business with right from the start. I highly recommend this shop.”
