“My experience with Young's Auto was outstanding.
My daughter's boyfriend had scrapped a vehicle with them several weeks earlier, and unfortunately my daughter's Taylor Swift CD was accidentally left in the CD player. She's a huge Taylor Swift fan, so realizing it was gone was a pretty big disappointment.
I called Young's Auto on the off chance they might be able to help, even though the vehicle had been in their possession for weeks. Not only did they take the time to go through their records and identify the exact vehicle, but they called me back to let me know they had located it and would see what they could do.
They actually hooked up power to the vehicle so they could eject the CD, recovered it successfully, and saved something that was important to my daughter. That level of effort was far beyond anything I expected.
When I stopped by to pick it up, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. While I was there, they also took the time to answer questions about a part I needed for my Dodge Charger and even provided a printout showing compatible parts from other model years.
It's rare to find a business willing to go so far out of their way to help someone over something as simple as a CD. The kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help left a lasting impression on me. Young's Auto earned my respect and my future business. Highly recommended.”

“I spent every day for the last week in this store while I was chasing down the issues with my Durango. From batteries, to the alternator, to a hidden battery fuse, every single employee I dealt with was absolutely amazing!
It honestly started to feel like I was talking to friends instead of just employees at a parts store. Everyone was so helpful, patient, and willing to help me figure things out. Mo even knew me by name when I walked in there! 😂
After a very stressful week of troubleshooting, I finally got my Durango running and charging at 14.2 volts! 🙌 And I truly don't think I could have gotten there without all the help and advice I received from everyone at this store.

There is only one car that has parts for my model Civic however I was able to pick three things from it so far at outstanding prices.The main fuel relay cost about 60 bucks online which means in a store it would cost more. I got it for five bucks and my car was running again. So I can only give this place the best of ratings”
