“The staff at 2Gather are 100% deserving of 5 STARS! I had my wedding at this venue in May 2023 and I didn't have a single complaint. Lexi and Jennifer were our primary points of contact and they went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day went perfectly. Firstly, the venue itself is just beautiful. The ceremony room wall opens up to the outside which was a HUGE selling point for us. We wanted an outdoor ceremony but didn't want to fully commit to it since May is known for rainy days. This was the perfect middle ground, our guests sat inside and we stood outside with our wedding party. If it were to rain, we could of easily taken 5 steps inside without compromising our vision. The surrounding property of this venue was stunning for our pictures (which I included). Our photographer had endless options for background scenery. The reception room felt grand with its high ceilings and mood lighting. The whole venue was spotless, very well kept and just beautiful. From the prep room to the bathroom, everything was so clean. Now, the staff deserve every bit of recognition. In every step of our wedding planning process they were very responsive to our questions and flexible with requests. The assisted us with set up and coordination the morning of our wedding. I had real flowers delivered to the venue the day before and Lexi made sure they were placed in the fridge. I had miscounted the number of table runners and was one short, so I ordered one on amazon which arrived the day of the wedding and Lexi made sure it was placed on the table before anyone entered the reception room. Like I said, the staff is A+ and I am so thankful for their attention to detail and how much they cared about our special day even though they didn't have to. Plus they surprised us with a highlight reel of our wedding day the day after, which was absolutely amazing! I have recommended this venue to countless friends and family. You will not regret booking them.”

“I ordered a pasta that had too much sauce. The bruschetta was soggy and cold when served. The drinks and bread were ok. The server was helpful and asked if we had questions many times but the service itself was quite slow. Ambience was nice, old school Italian decor but really nice.Vegetarian options: They had veg options which is nice to see in a steakhouse”

“I love this place. I always try to find a good place for crepes and this one is the one for me! I will drive from out of town to come here. The environment inside is so classy and beautiful. But also quaint. Feels like a French Cafe. Clean. And the food is beyond wonderful. I can never decide between a sweet or savory crepe so I usually get both! My favorites are the lean machine and the royal trinity.”

“My husband and I had our wedding here in June 2023 and had the best experience. I couldn’t say anything negative about my experience with the staff during planning or the day of. Everything went so smoothly and truly having our wedding here was the best decision. The staff I worked with Katelynn and Nikki were incredible to work with. They both were so quick to respond to any questions, willing to work with us on our vision and made the planning so seemless. The day of staff which included Nikki were amazing, kind, and helpful. Our personal waitress was so kind and she was ready to get us anything we needed or wanted. The venue is beautiful and the food was incredible! We got so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the wedding was. Everyone LOVED the food and had nothing but positive things to say about the staff and venue.I highly recommend this venue, I hope to hold other parties or events there in the future.”

“I had a blast at this venue. It was well organized, with friendly staff and security. The music was awesome and the crowd was energetic. It was laid back but still offered a mosh pit. The atmosphere was great, with pro lighting and great sound system. I was surprised to discover this place, as I had never heard of it before. It was a hidden gem in the city. “Our wedding at Addison Oaks was an absolute dream! It was everything we wanted in our venue, with so many gorgeous spaces, from the reception area with huge windows for natural light, beautiful chandeliers, and great dance floor and bar areas, to the stunning outdoor garden for the ceremony, and all the amazing grounds for photos. We loved the vintage traditional bridal and grooms suites overlooking the garden, as well as the option to have the whole estate to ourselves all day. Dan, the venue director, was great to work with, very fun and personable, and always reassured us that things would work out just as we wanted. He was accommodating to all our special requests, and was very quick to respond to our many questions in the months leading up to our wedding. We liked how he offered us different packages to choose from that handled so many of the details like food and drinks as well as linen and chair rentals, which meant we didn’t need to worry about finding separate vendors for these elements. As we got closer to the wedding, we worked with Lois who helped us figure out our ceremony timing and all the little day-of details. She was great with setup and coordination on the day, and helped the day go smoothly. Rick was also super helpful with setup, helping my mom bring in our extra finishes and arranging everything beautifully. He even went out of his way to look for something we left behind when we called in a panic the day after. Shiela also managed the event in the evening and ensured that everything went smoothly. She was very accommodating. We were thrilled with the chef, Nate, who happily accommodated our requests and made absolutely wonderful food that all the guests raved about. As the father-of-the bride and her sister are vegan, it was super important to us that the menu accommodate them and others with special dietary needs. The staff did a great job promptly serving our delicious plated meals and getting all the orders correct. Nate and his staff put together an absolutely stunning 24-foot dessert buffet with all kinds of fabulous desserts that wowed our guests. He even went out of his way to get some vegan and gluten free desserts added to the display. We cannot recommend Addison Oaks enough to any couple looking to have an extravagant estate-style wedding with the most helpful team!”

“Great place with excellent customer service I booked a visit for my two sons and god son and that day traffic was so bad it put us well behind our scheduled reservation time but the young lady who works there was so nice and understanding and allowed us to keep our reservation even though we were the last to show she still remained patient with my children helping them with there controls and game selection due to them being first timers made it a really special birthday for my youngest”

“Only ever been on the Monday night adult skate night. Everyone there is awesome and friendly, especially the front ticket window ladies lol. The music does not have much variation, but the nights are FULL of people because us jam skaters love the music. So If the 80s freestyle is what you are into, this is it.”

“The Social Space was the perfect venue for our baby shower. The proprietors perfectly accommodated the space to our theme. They handled the food, decorating, music... everything! Events can be stressful, but the owners the Social Space made everything so easy. We will definitely go to the Social Space for events in the future and highly recommend them!”

“My wife and I used this venue for our baby shower. It was great. They discussed everything expected of us prior to renting the hall. They gave us extra time so that we could set up prior to the event. After the even was over, we cleaned up after ourselves and completed what they asked of us. Our refund was returned and our experience was awesome. For the time we reserved the price was great. I would definitely use them again.”

The Chef is amazing and all the guest were happy with the meals, portion size and the service.Kassie was a delight to work with and as the Mother of the Bride; I'm proud of the event/and I'm still getting feedback from the guest on how much fun they had. “I stayed here last week due to my normal hotel being booked. The overall facility was nice and relatively clean. They advertise an onsite restaurant which after traveling all day was a positive. However, after checking in and going down to eat at about 6:30, I was told the chef hadn’t shown up yet. So I had to go back out to eat. The next morning at 6:50 the breakfast bar (which I paid extra to have) was just partially set up. The following morning at the same time the breakfast area was still dark. I checked out and asked for a refund for the money spent on breakfast. I was told it would be credited, but nearly a week later it hasn’t been. The clerk even wrote in my invoice it would be credited by manager. The front desk clerk at check out was rude and dismissive.I won’t be back!”

“This is what a hotel stay should always be like! I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness but these rooms absolutely exceeded my expectations. The beds were on the firmer side but comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything was functional. The customer service we received was also phenomenal we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout out stay. They even had ear plugs at the front desk along with various complimentary items. Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I will be back!Safety: Entrances and elevators locked at night and you have to use your key card to scan in. Made me feel safer as a female traveler.”

“Took the family here to enjoy the pool. Especially liked that parents did not have to pay if just watching their kids swim. The pool was fun and enjoyable for the kids and that is just what we were looking for on a rainy day. The reason I gave it 4/5 star is because I thought the lifeguards could do a better job monitoring behavior.”

“What wonderful experience for a birthday child and her/his partygoing guests. The Boogie Babies offers the experience that all children enjoy dress up, dancing and endless playing fun!!! The kitchen is fine for prepping plates for eating options. I recommend highly! Mt granddaughters party was a huge success and we will hold more parties at this venue, for sure!!@”

“Loved my stay at Royal Hotel in Rochester. I especially enjoyed the staff. Came in from a late night flight and Bianca was very nice and checked me in quickly. We had a meeting and Will from the AV team was responsive and helped us every step of the way. He helped make the meeting special. He felt like one of the crew. I think Reece helped me when I had to switch rooms. The gym was great it has all the right equipment. Ruth and Lori were the icing on the cake. They helped me check out and had great conversation. I left feeling cared for and with genuine interactions. Oh and also the food was pretty good at the restaurant. This hotel has 5 star service ?Rooms: Rooms were clean. Great bathroomWalkability: Very close to Main Street with so much food and hometown feel.Noteworthy details: Friendly, genuine, personable, royal staff”

“I got married here In 2016 the hall was beautiful and the staff and owner were great. They treated me with kindness and was very professional. The only thing I wish they had was a changing room for the bridal party. They accommodated all of our needs.”
