“I placed an order with Mike for a set of Infiniti Q50 wheels to be finished in PVD bright chrome coating. After 4 months I did not receive the wheels, but Mike kept in contact with me the whole time and advised me that they were having trouble completing the job. I didnt ask for a refund because I was hoping I would eventually get the wheels. After 4 months I gave up and asked for a full refund, which Mike processed promptly. Even though it didn't work out this time, Im giving them 5 stars for the communication and honesty. I understand that unforseen issues happen, and things dont always go how we want them to. I will definitely give this business another try in the future.”

“A couple of weeks ago, I had an emergency where I needed a new tire to replace my spare. It was after closing time but I drove by the shop anyway. Luckily, the guys were still there. I told them about my issue and they were able to get me a new tire and install it for me even though it was well after closing time. They didn't have to do it but I totally appreciate them for taking care of me. Great customer service!!”

“The team at this location is professional and deliver on the service they provide. I purchased my tires online, and they are by far the best price for tire mounting and balancing. I asked that they save 2 of the best old tires just in case of an emergency. They bagged them for me to help manage the dirt so I could get them home. The only concern I had was that it was winter, and the salt dust on my seat and center console from the technician was a bit much. It was easy to clean with a simple wipe down. Maybe they should consider a plastic bag for the seats during this time of the year. Or designate a driver that works in the front sales area to move cars. Just a suggestion. Overall, this is a good team of technicians and salespeople. I would not hesitate to utilize the services they provide. Enjoy..”
