I've had to come to this branch and deposit money and checks in the past and it's always a nice experience. All of the tellers I've met here are kind and wonderful to work with. I had to deposit paychecks here when we had issues with direct deposit for a while and every time I would come and deposit through the drive thru or in person there was always one kind woman (I cannot remember her name) who would send out a couple suckers for my daughter.I've deposited at a few other PSCU branches and none of those experiences have ever been as nice as the ones I've had at the flat rock location.Thank you for always being great to those who visit.”

“This bank may not be perfect. I read various complaints. Some I can rationalize with policy. Others with customer support issues. But overall I've been with many others that have same issues. Other banks walk over a dollar to pick up a nickel. At least this bank isn't owned by Charles Swab or owned by the CCP. I already was at those banks and to know my money isn't benefiting some foreign communist or help funding some anti American propaganda helps me sleep better at night. Yes I'm talking about Chase bank supposedly. I love you America.”

“I like being a member of a credit union and I'm thankful they opened a branch on Grosse Ile! I opened an account out with them and it has been good so far. One flaw is the grosse ile branch isn't always open Saturday, I was here this past Saturday and no one was there, closed, and no one was working the drive thru. I had to go to the trenton location where the drive thru was open. Overall thank you for serving Grosse Ile :)”

“First Merchants Bank was very clean the bank tellers where very friendly, The ladies that work in the loan department were also very niçe, since the switched there former name was Monroe Bank and Trust.There policy has changed some of it anyways, If you pbut money in the bank vou can't get any cash out til the next day it use to be same day case, And usually direct deposit get put in early and this bank do that, but I be still bank there been a customer for 20yrsIt is a very good bank”

“I had a very pleasant experience on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at the Telegraph Road location in Monroe, MI.I was in receipt of an insurance check from my fathers passing. I had to initially deposit the check and wait 5-7 business days before any withdraw was able to be made. On this day I needed to divide the check amount between his grandsons and funeral home. I explained to Mariah Smith who was my teller for this transaction how it needed to be split. I was worried it would be a long not easy request. Mariah smiled and said I am sorry for your loss and dont worry there will be no problem. She was very pleasant smiling and helped make a sad type of transaction easier. She was exceptionally courteous, smiled and professional. I thanked her when we were done and she wished me the best of luck. Employees like this need to be recognized for their customer service. It is the type of employees that makes a big difference with continued service to the public.”

It wouldn’t give me the option to deposit so I called inside to ask if the machine does deposits at this location. The machine must have been down and I had a car full of toddlers.
