“I’ve been meaning to review this place after my 1st visit on 12:30-23.Srodeks on mound rd is where I normally shop however their selections were scarce prior to New Years.I seen the great reviews here, and decided to go to Steiners for some filet mignons after reading good reviews.I mentioned I was looking for larger filets and he asked what size. I told him 14oz. He asked how many then went in the back and got me four fillets that were 14 ounce. I must say the filets were nice cuts and very tasty. I’ll be back when I want some filets cut to my preferred portion size. Great service and great meat!”

Unfortunately the cashiers aren't professional enough to mention their rewards program or give cutomers a second to sign up (via text process)1/4/24 Update: After mentioning my bad experience while checking out, a manager reached out to me and indicated they provided customer service training to the cashier Interacted with. This is a big deal to me because it shows management cares about the customer experience and listen to customers feedback.”

“We order a small bucket of the heat and eat, and a 10lb bucket. It didn't take long for them to come either. They was pack really well and still frozen. Mannnn the heat and heat was so delicious right out the microwave ?. I went through the bucket two or three times, I did not find anything in it but clear water. When I cook them they were so delicious, they were so delicious .... I had to say it again lol. I am getting ready to do my second order for New Year. My husband can't wait. “Dropped a staff member off then went inside to wrangle some lunch from the deli.What a selection! And considering the size of the place, it's amazing how much they have in there without it looking or being crowded at all.All the alcohol behind the registers is phenomenal. Shelves so high it gives a new meaning to top-shelf. I saw more brands of gin (a favorite) than I've seen outside of a Total Wine.Made my selections & headed to checkout when I heard the staffer tell the cashier to give me the employee discount. She did it with a smile. She called three stores for me. Our anniversary dinner tonight will now be complete because of her extra effort! “Fresh pita bread out of the oven was amazing! Garlic sauce was made in-house and very delicious. I got a leg of lamb for $3.99 a lb and a lamb shoulder for $4.99 a lb. You really can't beat prices like that. They provided excellent service and are very nice. They told me to come back soon and tell them how everything was (pita, garlic sauce, and what I was planning to make with the shoulder) but I live pretty far away and don't know when I'll be back. I'm writing them this review instead. Hope you give them a try.”
“Love the chicken salad sandwich on croissant. It's really reasonable and so tasty. The chicken salad has dried cranberry or dried cherry can't recall, but that little hint of sweetness adds another dimension to this sandwich.”
