They do not care to honor scheduled appointments and will reschedule and not inform the relevant parties until after the new appointment time has passed. I will never come here again and will not recommend them to anyone.

I love coming here!! It's the only place I'll come to have my nails done anymore. Very professional and friendly. Kathleen and Rose do the BEST work with my nails. Very great service, would absolutely recommend making an appointment!

Love Kelly who finally got my hair right after going all over Brighton. Love Shirley the masseuse who prevented my knee and foot from getting worse. Been going to Michele's say about 10 years.
