“My favorite bank because of its easy ATM drive thru access. There are two drive up ATM's instead of just one like most banks. It keeps customers moving which means no waiting. I bank here several times a month and never had to wait for an ATM. I use the PNC app as well but come to this brick and mortar location for my onsite services.”

“This is a great family owned and operated business. The customer service is amazing. You won't get treated this good anywhere else, the front counter, snack bar and bar staff are top notch. Birthday parties are the best, open bowling is a lot of fun and if you are a bowling novice the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.”

“Valecia is excellent in customer service and very patient. I came in to get a cashier's check and I forgot to tell the customer service rep I needed the remitter to be in my sons name. Valencia patiently assisted the customer service rep to print the check exactly how I wanted it. I worked in banking for years and I know how frustrating it can be at times but she didn't make me feel like it was a burden to change the check for me. The customer service rep also was kind and apologized for not confirming how I wanted the check although it was not his fault. He was kind and thanked me for coming in.”

I arrived at the bank 15 min before closing and was assisted immediately by Jeremy. Not only did he resolve my inquiry, but he took the time to explain everything and did not rush us. Truly amazing.
