“Took my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica here a few months back after a deer collision. These guys had great communication through the whole process, good turnaround time, and were upfront and honest through the whole repair. Everything looks great on the car months later. Hopefully I won’t need them again anytime soon, but will use them for any body work in the future.”
“Everything went good! I can't seem to get my car washed tho! Everybody else's car was washed! Everyone can go thru the car wash anytime for free! I went to your dealership first, you didn't have the TRAILBLAZER RS! couldn't locate one. I had to go to Chicago unfortunately! I kinda get treated like I have the plague! You'll take my money and service my car to keep it certified?! I didn't buy it there tho so no car washes for me!! ???♀️Not even after I get it serviced there! Lol I'm punished for not buying it there! I guess!? My first service appointment I was even treated poorly because I didn't buy it there! The last 2 service appts were good! I was treated alot better! Still can't get a car wash to save my life! Lol I just started looking for a bigger SUV! My whole experience so far, can't say I'd want to buy one from them even if they had one wanted! The guys fixing my car do a great job, customer service last 2 times have been better! Lil pettiness rules because I didn't buy it there, well I tried! ??♀️??♀️I won't be buying my next vehicle there because of the petty things I'm not privileged too! Just can't get a drop of water! Which seems to be more important than more business! ??♀️”
“Bought a 3 hole dog box from Owens in August. Shipping damaged my box & they fully replaced it. Great craftsmanship & the customer service was great. I was really impressed. I used the box all season & the dogs loved it. Looks great as well.”

“A big thank you to the gentlemen at Car Quest!!! The other day when it was so icy, my windshield wiper fell off. I had a pleasant experience previously there so when they opened up I stopped in for some assistance. The one gentleman was outside putting down some ice melt when I pulled in. I hesitated getting out because it was so icy. He came over with the ice melt. Then he said to just stay put. The other gentleman got the wiper that I needed, put it on for me and took my money. I didn't even need to leave my car. Thanks again for going above and beyond. That's GREAT service!!!”

“Needed some new tires.Went to Walmart in Sturgis Miichigan. Excellent service!!! They even put our car jack away AND our spare tire! Not easy to do! Our techs were David B and Larry S. Our service writer was Katherine. There was a bit of a mix up in the paper work but Katherine, along with various techs patiently worked through this issue and got it all straightened out. This is a super busy place and everyone kept their cool and provided great service. Thank you!”
