“First time at this Family fare Pharmacy in in Rockford, I asked the lady if there was any way they could be a little quicker with my prescriptions because I was running late for work and she said it'll be about 20 minutes because your prescriptions are still being processed she was kind of rude and not very helpful but the other lady with the dark hair was very sweet and kind and was able to get my prescriptions within 10 minutes and I thank her for that”

“Good place to go to get our certain fountain pop, they’re one of the few that actually carry that certain flavor lol!!! Oh yeah, mega energy, that’s what its called. Anyways, the people that work there are great they are friendly as can be!! As we browsed the shelves, we made very pleasant conversation with the two men at the register. When we payed, Nathaniel (the greatest man I've met ever) asked us if we were interested in a bag (we were), and told us to have a blessed day. “We came in one night to get some photo prints done for a birthday party. The automated system gave us an error and they had no other viable options. Here comes Ben who advises us to download the app (which actually completely fixed our issue). He also assured us that the indicated time isn't accurate and that it's done sooner. All in all, Ben was among the most helpful store employees I ever came across. He was genuinely nice and made sure we were taken care of while he was at the other end of the store checking other customers out. All compliments to Ben! You left a great impression and I hope you get your due reward for your integrity and hard work!”

“I love this pharmacy. I have to use mail in for most of my prescriptions due to my insurance, but for everything else this is my go to. Their phone system is easy to use to get status updates, as well as text and email, both of which I use. I go to the pharmacy in Lowell and everyone is very nice. They usually have my prescriptions ready right away, or are quick to fill them if you drive through and they aren't. I'm always happy with them.”
