Extremely unprofessional. Doctor Cherry was great, practice personnel leave a lot to be desired. Very poor communication, lack of professionalism, very quick to pass the buck or try and shift blame, will even try and shift blame back on the patient for their lack of communication. Switching doctors immediately.
