“Regrettably, we let a clown "change" the rotors and brake pads on our 2020 Subaru. Many things went wrong which ultimately led to the vehicle not moving AT ALL.Janelle was EXTREMELY kind and got us in right away. Eric went out of his way to make sure that our car was fixed and put back together as it should be (working before & after shop-hours). I heard from my dad that he's been here forever and has always been an honest mechanic, so I went in for an oil change and wasn't surprised when I paid $20 less than expected. I tried to get Mike to change my spark plugs and he said, "don't waste your money, the iridium ones dont wear out like the old kind, but if you still want them changed then I'll show you how to do it."Since then, I got my wheel bearing replaced and was quoted about $100 less than anticipated.
